This is one way road with them,
We have purchased some foam from them, one pack was damaged (tile had deep marks from manufacturing process) and changed mind to return it.
It’s now over two weeks since they have received it and I have to personally chase them with emails and calls to process with refund, they promise every time will do but nothing going forward.
Be aware if you change your mind and returning your order as seems to be one way road only and wish me luck to get my money back.

Very quick easy service, good quality equipment,good value for money. When I had a question they got back to me immediately with the answer.

The mini pedal cycle I bought broke after 2 weeks. After contacting customer service they replaced they cycle with a new one and it was delivered the next day. I was very impressed at the speed at which the problem was resolved and very happy as I had purchased the cycle for my husband to help with his recovery from knee replacement surgery. I would definately use this company again and would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone thinking of buying from them.

Bought an exercise bike. Everything from ordering to delivery went smoothly. Upon assembly of the bike a small part was missing I contacted them and they dealt with it quickly and professionally. I would recommend them.

What's not to like ?

Bought a treadmill from them 24 months ago. Last few months the display has begun malfunctioning. I contacted FK sports to ask for assistance in sourcing parts and the manufacturer detail. There response was, not in warranty go to a local repairer. They claim it is impossible for them to tell me who the manufacturer is or give any details (China) sticker on the treadmill says it was made for Fk sports and gives their details. While debating their disappearing records of supports they just cut me off. No support no nothing. Very poor.

Purchased a 12ft trampoline for my grandson. Arrived within a couple of days. Great value for money. Took 2 people about an hour to set up. Grandson loves it.

They were very quick to schedule delivery and when the delivery company messed up and lost my bar the responded very quickly and sent me another one, no argument and it arrived very quickly. The bar is perfect for my needs and I would use them again

Needed to request a couple of replacement springs. Received a prompt response and delivery of springs. Pleased with customer service.

The customer service is excellent. My order was damaged during delivery (the fault of the courier company). I emailed to notify of the damage, got a very quick response and replacement parts shipped immediately. The company then got in touch afterwards to make sure everything was fine and that I was happy with my order. Customer aftercare like this is in short supply these days and I was very impressed.

Great quality and very practical for home workouts. The set feels solid, is easy to adjust, and switching between dumbbells and the barbell is quick and simple. A very useful piece of equipment for training at home and excellent value for money. I’m very pleased with the purchase.

I ordered a weighted vest and then worried that itwouldn't fit my frame. I emailed the company to explain my worry. They immediately gave me a refund and advised me to purchase an adjustable weighted vest.

I am 62 year old woman. I've just taken up weights and I was not looking forward to having to contact the company, but both the men I dealt with were lovely.
I love my weighted vest and have told everyone to use this wonderful company, for an excellent experience.

Purchased a trampoline in March. However the legs did not seem as sturdy as previous trampolines that I had owned. I emailed FK sports and they requested photos and videos which I supplied. In the end they said that the trampoline is not suitable for my artificial grass (It does not mention this on the specifications of the trampoline when you purchase it. Eventually they say I can return it and then retract this as I purchased the item more than 30 days ago (My first email was within the 30 days) Finally allowed to return. I took it to their depot. After a few days they told me that I would only be getting a 50% refund as the item was in used condition and not in original packaging. As I has been sending them photos and videos, they knew full well that this was the case. FYI our email exchanges over this time period has been over 50 emails. Total scammers !!

Bought sports equipment via Amazon, it was late being delivered, so they sent me another one, as the carrier company marked it as returned to sender. The item arrived in good order, but another one was delivered a few days later. They got I. Touch with the carrier to collect, as it was too heavy for me to take to the post office.
I was impressed with their customer service, and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I was sold a dirty,stained and scratched 7 foot barbell with 1 inch diameter. It was sold as a “standard home gym” barbell. The knurling (grip) was only on the widest section of the barbell and the middle 27 inches where anybody would grip was polished chrome completely unsuitable to grip properly and dangerous particularly for the bench press. I sent emails of my safety concerns,photos,videos and examples of the grip needed on all the exercises listed for its use but my concerns were like talking to a brick wall. I even warned them of the deaths that happen each year when people have had accidents bench pressing with poor grip often sadly the cause.Unless you are 8 foot tall with 27 inch shoulders you cannot grip the knurling. Unbelievably I was told to grip it anyway but it’s impossible to do this without risk of injury or worse. They advertise 30 day returns but they do not honour this. After I was getting nowhere with them I informed them I was sending our correspondence to Trading Standards and I have done so today. In nearly 40 years in the fitness industry I have never seen a barbell constructed so dangerously it’s nothing like I have ever seen before. I wouldn’t go near this company the bar was cheap with free delivery but the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. More importantly they are knowingly selling dangerous barbells cheaply and they can’t not know that it’s only a matter of time before someone drops the bar on themselves having to grip polished chrome instead of a knurling section and is seriously hurt or worse. I have tried to warn them and gone to extensive trouble trying to do this but you just keep receiving a generic reply. I am lucky that I am experienced some parents looking for a cheap deal may not be so lucky.

I was a bit nervous about getting back into training as it’s been well over a decade and wasn’t sure what equipment would be my best option.
I can tell you now that Akash at FK Sports was so helpful with all my emails and questions and his responses were literally the same day if not within the same hour.
I had done my research on different gym equipment supply companies and these guys stood out with their fantastic customer reviews.
I’m so pleased I used FK Sport not only because of the A1 customer service I received but the delivery time was insanely fast and the equipment quality was hugely impressive.
It was important to me that I chose the right equipment for the limited space I have as my family have all clubbed together to buy me this for my 50th birthday.
Akash was patient with me while i measured up to ensure the 3 tier Heavy duty rack would fit and also put my mind at rest that the 5kg - 20kg Hex dumbbell set would fit well on it, which it has and looks great.
I also ordered a 12kg kettlebell and am so pleased with it all!

I bought a full set of dumbbells from 5-20kg plus a weightlifting bench. The product is amazing. Very pleased with everything. One of the weights was missing on delivery and the customer service was outstanding. Replacement was issued within 24hours. Way above what was expected. Thank you

I've brought some weight equipment recently and everything I've had from FKsports has been delivered on time very quickly. The equipment is very sturdy and well priced

I ordered a barbell set last night with free delivery postcodes- got a call this morning from someone called Ashutosh, who quite honestly was so rude!
He was calling to tell me that there was now a delivery surcharge of £20- i advised him that i would just cancel my order then. He then told me that they would pay half and I could pay the other £10.
Again, I told him that I would just cancel the order as I live in mainland Scotland and not prepared to pay £10 delivery.
He told me to hang on whilst he talked with his colleague- 2 minutes later he comes back to tell me that they would pay half and to take some time to think about paying the other half!
Three times I have now told him to cancel my order!! “Oh you want to cancel?” He says!
“Yes I’d like to cancel!”- he proceeds to just hang up!
I then receive numerous emails informing me that I can get my “trampoline “ delivered free to the below listed postcodes- well, I didn’t order a trampoline for a start, and secondly, my postcode was one of the free delivery ones listed!
Emailed them back to ask what is going on?
Received another email informing me that they had listed the wrong postcodes that would be suitable for free delivery, and I could get my order delivered to an address within those postcodes!
Omg! For the umpteenth time, “ I’m not paying an extra fee for delivery so please CANCEL MY ORDER!
Don’t recommend these guys at all and won’t be buying from them again!
