I bought the Mini Exercise Bike for an old lady who is virtually immobile. She spends her days sitting in an armchair and was rapidly losing the strength in her legs. The Mini Bike now sits on the floor at her feet where she can peddle whenever she feels like it. It has only been two weeks since the Mini Bike arrived but it has already having a beneficial effect.
This is a great piece of equipment for anyone who wants or needs to exercise whilst remaining seated. It is robust, well made and at £65.99 and absolute bargain.

I had a small problem with my order, and their customer service replied quickly with a solution that was able to solve my issue. They even offered me a partial refund as a gesture of good will. Great customer service :)

At first, I was a bit disappointed because the order arrived incomplete. However, it turned out not to be the seller’s fault. I contacted them, and they immediately helped by following up with the delivery company. The issue was resolved quickly and professionally — excellent customer service!
As for the product itself, I’m very happy with it. The dumbbells look high-quality and well-made. I recommend the product.

Great customer service from Amit at Fk Sports. Just purchased one of their items and looking forward to using it.

First one was broken but super fast they sent a new one free of charge very grateful

Great walker, had some threading on the seat after a few months but the company had no problem replacing the seat.

Excellent customer service. My order had an issue and the company reached out to rectify the problem before I had to contact them. The issue was resolved quickly without any hassle. Also, the weights I ordered are awesome! Great addition to my work out routine!

Terrible products and unfriendly staff AVOID

Disgusting customer service, bought a mini foldable trampolinevia onbuy but woth FK sports adls the supplier.
After 4 months, 5 of the the spring attachments (the fabric part and the stitching) have completely come apart the trampolineis dangerous and unable to be used, one has even completely ripped off.
My son is literally 9 years old and slim for his age so it isn't anything to do with weight or misuse.
Originally aksed for a refund or a replacement, company told me to STITCH the product together again MYSELF and that I'd need to send the trampoline back to them which would cost ME.
I have sent multiple emails to the company requesting a refund as I wouldn't even want rhe replacement now due to their poor customer service skills, but to no avail and they are now blanking my messages.
Now having to go though PayPal for a refund.

Wery rude customer service ordered trampoline and send me wrong one returned 2 months arguing to get money back still not refund involved my bank to get money back

Bought a trampoline for my grandson’s birthday when my son assembled it there was a leg missing.on contacting Fksports they immediately said a replacement would be sent and it was, very quickly.the support from them was brilliant and I can’t recommend them enough.

This variable height exercise step is good value and versatile with its variable heights. The only minor criticisms are that the plastic edges of the base are a little sharp when picking it up to move or store it and the spare height blocks can fall out of the storage slots underneath. That said it is sturdy and stable and I am fully confident using it. Very reasonably priced.

Can not fault them 💯 ordered twice foam tiles for our summerhouse then a third order to complete. Wrong shape tiles arrived (my mistake as I didn’t specify the tiles I wanted although it was a reorder.

Contact guys checked with logistics no problem right tiles sent and i donated the “wrong” tiles to a local nursery as they didn’t want them back.

Win win all round 👌

I recently purchased an exercise bike from FK Sports.
The order was received on time with no damage to the packaging which is a good indication that it has been handled with care.
The construction of the bike was manufactured from high quality steel, making the frame robust and sturdy. The handlebars, seat and pedals are also made from good quality materials making this bike a good purchase which will last for many years. It was easy to assemble and adjust to different heights for multi person use.
If you are in the market for an exercise bike and don’t want to spend a fortune, consider this one . It’s great value for money.
