Bad quotations of delivery dates!
When I placed my order I was quoted next day delivery which is the only reason I purchased my item (a roof box for my car) as it would then arrive before I need to travel on Christmas Eve but for some reason the item didn't even get dispatched until the 23rd of December making it a problem for delivery as the item would not be delivered before needing to leave on Christmas Eve.
The item is perfectly fine and in good condition but the quote of the next day delivery was a lie and has made travelling difficult as it was planned for having the item delivered before leaving.
Now I just have the item and not a lot of use for it so I am far from impressed with Fixras service!

I recently purchased a product from Fixra for my car and was really impressed with their service. They kept me updated throughout the order process, and the reasonable prices with next-day delivery were a big plus. Although the package arrived damaged by the courier, Fixra was quick to apologize and send a replacement, showcasing their fantastic customer service. While it seems packaging could be improved to prevent damaged items, my overall experience was positive. I highly recommend Fixra and will definitely shop with them again in the future. Four stars!

Delivery lots of information/ communication and a last text with a photo of the product n my doorstep.
Delivery, when they said next day that’s exactly what happened.
The pricing on the product was very competitive, and I will be looking out for other products on offer.
