poor customer service garbage parts
there products are garbage they sell you broken stuff doesnt work rite out of the box and everytime they reject your return and say its damaged ya it was when you gave it to me will never purchase another product from these crooks for my business again
Absolutely terrible experience
Absolutely terrible experience. I purchased a phone screen from this company for my small repair business while trying to find a better supplier, but their product was glitching out of the box. When I contacted them, they arrogantly claimed it was “impossible” for there to be any issues because “everything is tested,” ignoring the clear video evidence I provided.
They refuse to accept returns, and if they finally agree to take an item back, they will reject it and make you pay shipping both ways. Their products are actually worse than what you’d get from Amazon, and their customer service is an absolute waste of time. It’s clear they don’t care about customers or standing behind their products.
Do not use this company if you value your time, your money, or your customers’ trust.

Every single good review for this site is fake. Just read threw them, its so obvious this company doesnt care about their customers and if they send you faulty parts they wont fix their mistakes.

This company shouldn't be considered legit.
Ordered a battery from them and though it was defective, I was only refunded half of the price I paid. I also had to pay for my own return label.

A company that sells good products but has the worst customer service.
I honestly think they don’t know what service means.
I tried to order a battery to have it send to my shipping company in Maimi witch would send it to me by boat or airplane (whatever the rules makes necessary) but the company canceled my order tree times without explaining. After i send them a mail asking what was te problem they told me that they don’t send their batteries to be send by plane….. who said it would go by plane? I didn’t.
After a few mails the got terrible and the only thing they said was: our batteries can’t go by plane, take your business elsewhere.
So i did and never in my life will i ever order anything from this company again.
Had to pay extra 50 dollars for tax.
They don't tell you that you are responsible for paying customs. This resulted in me having to pay exstra 50 dollars for import fees. A proper company would inform the buyer that they are responsible for paying customs duties.

I bought a replacement iPad Air screen
I bought a replacement iPad Air screen. The item they sent was not working, They refused to provide a shipping label for returns. I sent it back at my own expense. Once they received it, they refused exchange or refund stating that the item is defective because of a connector problem. Of course! They sent a defective used item in the first place.
They are not trust worthy
They are not trust worthy. Please don't waste your money buying from FIXEZ. I am not the only person facing this kind of treatment from FIXEZ.
They sent me faulty part in the first place. Replacement RMA process is a fraud and they do not follow the return policy mentioned in website. They say return manager's decision is final and item can't be replaced.

Customer Service Rep has an attitude.
I purchased a service pack for a new display and frame for a Samsung S10+. The service pack is part number 2-SA-4686. That parts page lists items that Fixez recommends to purchase for this repair. Turns out the pre-cut adhesive that is recommended (5-SA-4434) is for the front glass to be reattached to the frame. However, this item IS the front panel already attached to the frame. To make this repair you ONLY remove the back glass. Therefore, Fixez should be recommending the back panel adhesive (5-SA-4425) for this particular repair with this service pack. I called customer service and spoke to a representative that pulled up the web pages and blamed it on me. All I wanted was a replacement for the incorrect recommendation. She still blamed me and I responded by saying, "you guys are supposed to be the experts. I have never repaired a phone before and I accepted your recommendation for this repair"... she then hung up on me. I redialed and found that she had blocked my number. I then went back on the Fixez website and attempted to login and found that she ALSO disabled my customer account. Fixez will not own up to their inaccurate recommendation and then cut me off from having the ability to contact customer support. The most ridiculous detail about this problem is the fact that this is concerning a $2.55 item. They are willing to risk poor reviews and public complaints over a two and a half dollar item. Besides all of that the incorrect adhesive strip is missing the bottom line of adhesive. It is not exactly the same as the photo. I would love to upload some photos, but my phone is in need of repair. As mentioned I wanted a replacement, but I have already found the correct adhesive elsewhere. So, now I would like to receive a refund but customer service has blocked me from contacting them.
Will not honor warranty
The replacement screen I purchased from this company came with a defective ribbon. No backlight to the display. Called them about the lifetime warranty and they accepted the return. when it got there they emailed me and said that the screen was not returnable because it had a chip on it. When I sent them the screen it was in excellent condition and packaged very well. From what I see this is what they do they simply lie about there being something wrong with what you return so they don't have to pay out of warranty. Then they tell you if you want the item back you can buy a return shipping label from them after you paid to ship it to them to begin with. Save your money buy from a reputable place to start with.

semi fast shipping give em that but any returns case you will most likely lose.
i guess it can be pretty cost effective for a company to cut losses out by screwing the customer completely, "oh well sorry our decision is final."
