Very difficult to get on schedule for repair. It is not right to charge someone for third party provider if you do not have the resources to schedule a service call. You guys have been my #1 referral to my clients but I cannot continue to refer you if it is this difficult to get on the schedule.

They have come out to my home and have t been able to fix the problem.. it’s been a nightmare and they take almost a week for a tech to come out to my home..

We love Fixd, their honesty and solid work are incredible..but who else charges labor by the minute (rather than by 15 or 30 min chunks) and guarantees the price they agree to no matter what else pops up during the work?? Plus, the warranty price goes DOWN after the first year on their plans, and it was the lowest price to be found to begin with!! You'll be glad you gave them a shot!

For the most part, Fixd has been really good and responsive. However, recently, when they told me they would offer me cashout in exchange for fixing my washer, they never sent me the check they promised.. I call several times, emails numerous, and text with no confirmation. It has been rather frustrating. Like I said, in the beginning they were great and now... it's non-responsive.

They were on time, courteous and professional. The item was fixed quickly.

They did a good job but I never got my My warranty paperwork they said they were gonna send it by email never got it

Of course, what I needed fix'd wasn't covered. The repairman did circumvent the problem for a short term fix, but the simple AC damper wasn't covered. The repair man was on time and very friendly, so from that perspective it was a good experience.

Very quick to replace our water heaters. Appreciate the service.

FIXD does not have enough technicians to handle their service calls so when you request service they send a third party and you have to pay an elevated service fee through no fault of your own. If you refuse to pay that extra fee you have to wait as much as 4 or 5 DAYS for service. That’s hard to do when your AC is out or your fridge has stopped working. Look elsewhere for Home Warranty.

Do not like this third party thing your doing know. They dont respond on time. I pla ed a order on a Friday for a appointment on a Monday no technician still showing.

Service was excellent again. That's why I'm a Fixd customer.

Still have a hole in my ceiling from a repair over a month ago.
