I cannot give a positive review as the only contact I had was an initial phone call from "Joe" for a few details, and a phone call to say my car was ready for pick up.
I haven't received any report of the damage to my vehicle or any works carried out. I haven't been involved in a traffic accident in my 40 years of driving, so, am unaware of the process.
My car looks as it did before the incident, so I have to assume it has been "fixed" , to which I am happy and grateful.
As I said, I cannot make any good/bad comments. Thankful to be back on the road.

This repair shop did not attend to all the repairs, the rubbing sound I mentioned several times was not investigated. They claimed that the car was ready to collect, when I collected the car the rubbing noise was still evident

Helpful professional service. Initial contact came super quickly after I submitted a claim, then car was picked up very promptly by a lovely friendly woman. I really appreciated the courtesy car, I got a phone call from a nice chap to say what work would be done & long it would take, and then my car was dropped back (a day later than I had hoped/requested as I had to miss a family meet up) looking wonderful and thoroughly cleaned on the inside too (it had been an appalling mess so that was fab!). I didn't have to do any chasing/ contacting/ messing about- it all went super smoothly. I'd happily recommend :-)

The whole experience was pretty perfect, both Joes were polite and efficient, the car was with them for only a few days more than expected ( no problem) and arrived back with us in perfect condition , I would heartily recommend this company to anyone

Great service, explained every aspect of the repair in detail. Work was completed to a high standard and in a short timescale and paintwork guaranteed.

I have just found out that the tyre replaced by Fix Auto Yeovil was not the correct tyre for my vehicle and wasn’t even an EV rated tyre. However when I visited the workshop to query the tyre I was put at ease by the manager and left satisfied

The service was fantastic from start to finish! In fact so good I drove it back 15mins later for another estimate when someone decided to hit the other side of my car while I was parked at a petrol pump.

Excellent service all round. Fix Auto were polite and professional, providing a speedy repair and keeping me up to date via phone call. My car was scraped by a colleague in my work car park - who accepted fault, and once instructed, they called me the next working day to arrange collection and I had my car back 1.5 weeks later. The repair looks to be excellent and i can't tell its not factory. They were very helpful on the phone an agreed to replace my headlight instead of buffing it out and were very fair and honest. Can't fault the service in any way.
