Excellent customer service and contact throughout my repair. Sara and Sue in the office were amazing and always happy to help me and any questions I had were answered really quickly and they sorted the hire car and everything, leaving me very little to have to deal with. They dropped the car back to me and it is as good as new. The guy that delivered the car was really polite and friendly too. Would highly recommend them. Thank you so much!

🔴✋🏻 point blank the worst customer service I have ever received , there’s auto fix in Worthing I took my car there through insurance they missed repair my car and I had to take it to another mechanic to find out that they haven’t fix everything, and there’s a woman Name Sue she is so bad at talking and end up the phone on me twice , I will not recommend it at all

They worked hard to get our repair done, despite the insurance company being particularly difficult and slow. When the courtesy car company were also being difficult, they stepped in and sorted it too.
Repaired back to manufactured spec, so good experience all round from fixauto

After my brother had been involved in a car accident we did not know how to go about getting his repaired at all, with the dressed stress of having to deal with the insurance company. Sara from fix auto fully took all that stress from us, she dealt with everything and after a couple of weeks work my brothers car looks better than what it did before the accident. Jack was also lovely and I think it was him who completed the work to such a high standard. Sarah and Jack are worth their weight in gold, we would never go elsewhere if in this situation again. Sara & Sue went out of their way to keep us updated on the progress of our vehicle, and managed an amazing quick turnaround when they learnt the courtesy car being provided my husband could not fit into! Car collected Monday and back with us Thursday lunch time, fully valeted inside and out. Cannot see where the dent was (it was a cricket ball out of grounds). Would not hesitate to use again if needed.

Much to our distress the car was damaged whilst parked in an airport car park. The team at Fix Auto were fantastic. The team were engaging and courteous and showed good knowledge of the work that needed to be completed. We chose a time that was convenient to us for the repair to be completed. The finished job was excellent. It is impossible to tell that the work has been undertaken and the car looks like a new car. The team also sorted a minor paint issue elsewhere on the car and included it at no additional charge. Overall, we are delighted with the workmanship and the customer service. We would highly recommend them.

My car was repaired after someone crashed into it. Sue, from Fix Auto Worthing, went above and beyond to help me. Sue dealt with the accident management company and tried to find a hire car for me. (I’ve cerebral palsy and needed a car with hand controls and a detachable accelerator pedal) However neither of us found a suitable hire car.

When Sue collected my car, she lent me a payment card for me to get taxis. My car was repaired in four days. When Sue delivered it back to me it looked like a new car.

Mark & team done a fantastic job on my car door when it needed replacing, it came out looking brand new. So clean and shiny, I was very impressed with the service and highly recommend.

Choosing a body shop is difficult and stressful. Having heard about Verrall's I decided to try them for a paint and polish on my Audi. Quite frankly it could not have gone better. My car was assessed and various alternative methods explained. The quote was very detailed so I went ahead. I cannot be more pleased with the result and to top it all, my car was valeted to a standard that made it look brand new. If I ever need body and paint work done again, this is where I will go. I have no hesitation in recommending Verrall's. Friendly and efficient
