Customer service has been really good
Customer service has been really good. I’ve been kept up to date on the repairs to my car and have been treated courteously at all times. I haven’t had to chase at all and my expectations have been very well managed and met. Happy to recommend.

Amazing service from start to finish. Staff are down to earth and genuinely friendly most importantly they were extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process of my repair. I would definitely recommend this company.

Long wait
I wasn't happy with the amount of time I had to use their courtesy car. Then the first date that was due they didn't finish in time. Then eventually I had to leave work early the following day to get my car back.

Great service from start to finish. Had originally chosen a different repair company, but so glad I switched to FixAuto in Wigan. The process was extremely quick, kept me well informed and provided me with a courtesy car in the same place. They did a great job! Thank you!

We are sorry you feel all the work has not been completed but as was explained to you on several occasions we can only repair accident damage reported .You did ask that we include other areas of damage to the vehicle and again it was explained this was not possible as we are governed strictly by the insurance company
