My car was repaired via Fix Auto through my insurance. Dee and team were able to pick my damage car from home and leave a courtesy car. They dropped off my repaired car at home. The whole team were friendly and quick as could be considering this was over the Christmas period.

Great experience with Fix Auto. They handled everything with the at-fault insurer professionally, repaired my car to a high standard, and provided a courtesy car during the repair. This was due to the excellent communication by both telephone and email while we were out of the country. The repair was completed to our satisfaction and the car was spotless for my wife's return.

My first impression was the pleasant efficiency of the staff in reception followed by the attention to detail and pleasant manner of the damage assessor. Then the explanation of what would happen next. The thing I really have been impressed by is the pickup and return service of the vehicle, which I found to be a great relief.

Some initial issues with the assessment and decisions taken to outsource the work meant my car was out of action for probably a month longer than needed. Initially, I did struggle to get updates as to progress which was frustrating. However in the end the quality of the repair looks great and they are a professional outfit and do believe customer service is important as Karl took time out to ensure I was appraised of the status once the work actually commenced.
