Terrible service I would never use them again!
My repair took over 3 months due to parts shortage. Never got any updates. Very difficult to actually speak to anyone there. I left voicemails but got no response. They took payment when work done, but then my car failed the QC check and had to wait for further work to be done. My fully electric car finally returned to me with "critical low battery charge - performance will be affected" in red on my dashboard display. The guy who returned it to me joked he was worried he might not get to delivery point before charge ran out completely! Luckily I have a charge point at work, but what if I did not? I would not have been able to drive home in my own car! If there was an option for zero stars rating I would have chosen that instead, but one was the lowest I could select. I would never choose to use this company again.

Having looked into your repair, whilst we aim to return your vehicle as fast as we can we were experiencing delays as reported in your review. This isn’t a position we’d like to be in but worked to the best time scales possible with updates when there was any significant changes through the process.

Fix auto go above & beyond!
A massive thank you to the team at Walsall fix auto, they collected our car and promptly got her sorted (can’t even tell she had a folded boot) the guys who collected was polite, informative and made sure our car was returned spotless!
A special mention though to Sharon on the desk as throughout our repair she’s been amazing! She’s an absolute credit to her company!

The service is outstanding
The service is outstanding. Sharon was very helpful and friendly, she put me at ease many times, she went above and beyond to help me. My car was clean when it was returned to me, the repair was outstanding. A very high standard of work. The team who took my car for repair and returned my car were so kind and friendly. This is a very well run professional place and I would highly recommend them. The service as a whole was extremely outstanding.

One of the best out there!
I'm a self confessed nightmare of a customer (my family and friends all agree) so it's refreshing and very, very rare to find a company that don't just meet expectations but go above and beyond. The guys at Fix Auto Walsall are quite simply outstanding!

I could not be happier with Auto fix services
From the start of my car repair to the end auto fix have been fully professional.informing me of any problem along the way.
My car was collected,Repaired and delivered back to my home,which was a great help due to being disabled.
Sharon in the office was so helpful and understanding. The drivers were polite and friendly.The quality of the repair is outstanding. 10 out of 10 from myself. I could not be happier.
