They were extremely efficient, was a very fast service from the initial inspection to then booking in and completing the work.
Was kept informed with the progress and expected completion date (which was also correct and same day finish) so all in very happy with the work and the team.

Unfortunately my second run in with an animal in 3 months led to my pride and joy being badly smashed up…. I insisted the insurance company take it to Fixauto in Stevenage as they made such a fantastic job the first time round. A courtesy car was promptly sorted for me and every interaction I had with staff over the phone was so positive, helpful, polite and they kept me up to date with the work schedule.
After a couple of weeks I received it back absolutely beaming, it’s like new!!
I genuinely can’t recommend these guys enough and just want to say a huge thank you to everyone as Fixauto for once again providing an extremely exceptional level of service.

Contacted fix auto to review and quote for my BMW car repairs after an accident the day before. The next day a quote was available to me. I contacted my insurers and requested that Fix Auto complete the repair work as they have repaired my vehicles before to a very high standard. And they did. Went through an insurance repair, staff very polite and kept well informed of what was going on. Car was fixed within time frame suggested and also came back far cleaner than when it left!

What can I say about this amazing company… I did a huge amount of damage to my beloved VW Scirocco recently getting into a tangle with an unfriendly bollard and my insurance sent me to FixAuto. I was distraught on arrival as I was convinced it would be written off due to the very extensive damage to the whole passenger wing but Kevin was so unbelievably kind and patient (even as I stood there crying with worry - how ridiculous of me) and did everything he could to bring the quote in below the insurers write off threshold.

By the end of the next day he personally called to reassure me they’d crunched the numbers and he thought we might be able to save it from being written off and gave me some top tips to take to the insurance company to argue my case if they did decide it was a total loss.

My insurance approved their estimate and the lovely Kevin called to let me know - they gave me a courtesy car (which they dropped to my door) and three weeks later they’ve returned my car to me - I’m BLOWN AWAY.

It looks better than ever. You could never ever tell I’d done any damage to it, and as a cherry on top they’ve cleaned it for me before bringing it back. Its SPOTLESS.

Fix Auto kept in contact with regular text messages and phonecalls with updates on our vehicle repairs. The car was ready when they said it would be. Everyone I spoke to on the phone or by email was really friendly and very helpful

Having had my car for 10 days, not all repair work was carried out. This was after emailing to confirm this work was included in the quote. Showed no concern or offered a solution to this but had no issues taking my £5000

Very polite and considerate (as they were repairing a car where I'd caused the accident!). From start to finish did as they said they would, when they said they'd do it. A refreshing change from most outfits in any kind of service industry.

Excellent service. Knowledgeable friendly personnel who kept us informed at every stage of the repair. Car was returned to us in a timely fashion (around the holiday period nonetheless), and was cleaned, bodywork is in great condition again. Would use them again!
