Have already submitted a review on how pleased we were with the staff, professionalism and quality of the paint repair work. So happy with the whole experience of dealing with Tyler, Jake and other members of the team that did a great job on our BMW car. The shrewsbury team made every effort…
The shrewsbury team made every effort to get me on the road again prior to a holiday where I needed my vehicle. They also did a cursery check of the vehicle knowing I needed it and identified work needing done which was also sorted. start to finish 5 working days. Great effort.

The whole process from the collection…
The whole process from the collection of my car from my home to its being returned to me @ Autocraft was handled with professionalism, ease and all round care and ensured that I understood all parts of the job which needed to be done. Tyler took time to explain the controls of the loan car and what was expected of me as the loaner. I felt totally well looked after. The car itself was immaculate upon it's return - like a new car and I'm delighted. I will recommend Autocraft to anyone who needs their service . Thank you so much!
