I think the service is great as my car repair was done in a timely manner. Timing of repair was good, I would highly recommend, staff are helpful and friendly, nothing too much trouble.

Good service great communication and quality of work was top notch.

Couldnt have been smoother, or a better finish.

Had vehicle repaired post accident through a TP insurer, swift, and car is as good as new. Would have liked to have been updated on progress at least once though as a courtesy.

My car stayed longer than expected but I had good comms and a swift return when it was ready.

Firstly not great that this is a belated review, but I thought I had submitted one shortly after, but clearly not. Noticed when I was not able to find it when I passed the business name to somebody looking for recommendations.

My car was in for an Admiral insurance repair back in Jan 2024. The team were very busy at the time, but they very kindly squeezed me in, which I greatly appreciated. I saw the fantastic reviews on here, and they were the obvious choice.

The car was repaired as quickly as parts could be sourced. The suspension, tracking and wheel repairs were faultless. The body work was well done, and despite some further paint polishing of the bonnet being required (on my request after looking at the car under better light), the team were happy to work with me on this.

The car when I picked it up was cleaned and valeted.

While the car was in for repair the team were super helpful and kept me up to date. They were highly knowledgeable, friendly and clearly take pride in their work. There was a minor issue when I was told the car would be ready the next day (Friday), but I was then told Tuesday instead 24hrs later. However, for me the key was that the car was returned fully repaired. I guess the one benefit of this review being late (apologies again), as I can say the work has stood the test of time, which adds weight to what I have said.

I recently had my car repaired at Fix Auto Sandhurst following a non-fault accident, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received. The entire team was extremely professional, and the quality of the repair work was outstanding — my car was restored to a very high standard.

A special thank you to James, the manager, for overseeing such a smooth and thorough repair process, and to Penny at reception, whose support and communication throughout were exceptional. They both made a complicated situation so much easier to handle.

Highly recommended for anyone needing reliable and high-quality vehicle repairs!

Car was fixed in timely manner and came back looking all shiny and new . Staff were polite and friendly the service was very efficient.

Very good experience, undertaken via insurance claim. Contacted within timeframes, kept up to date, and service matched or exceeded everything we discussed. Would be happy to work with them again (although would prefer not to have any more car damage!)

Great, skilled workmanship and amazing (front desk) customer service with regular, helpful updates on progress. I'd give 6 stars if that option were available. Highly recommend

Very professional from first contact to signing receipt of delivery after repairs.

Delivery service was fast and efficient and the have done a very good job rear of the car looks brand new. Would recommend to a friend or colleague.

Fix Auto were fantastic at every aspect from telephone updates about how the repairs on my car were getting on, all the way to making my car look brand new. I got into a minor accident which resulted in my car having scrapes and paint damage down my passenger side and the front wing being damaged and out of place. I took my car in to get the damage looked at and they were able to get it booked in less than a week later. on the day of my car going, it was picked up from my house and a gorgeous 2023 corsa was delivered for me!!! during the repair process i was able to call up and get updates on my car which made the whole experience completely stress free as i was kept in the loop. once my repairs were complete, my car was then delivered to my work (due to me being unable to collect it) which i would say is one of the best customer service experiences i’ve had. upon delivery the car looked brand new, all clean inside and out and you wouldn’t even know the accident had happened. Thank you so much to Fix Auto for such a faultless and stress-free experience, i would definitely recommend them!!!
