Fast, pleasant service.
Kevin Webb inspected the damage to my car that had occurred in a car park. He confirmed that it was not serious and he could deal with the scratches there and then. He did so very quickly. I was very happy with the excellent service.

Outstanding from Start to Finish!
I recently had my wife’s car repaired at Fix Auto Redhill (17 Holmethorpe Avenue, Redhill), and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the moment they picked up the vehicle to the day they delivered it back, everything was handled with the utmost professionalism.
Pickup & Delivery
They arranged seamless collection and return, even providing a courtesy car — in our case, a clean and efficient one — which made life so much easier during the repair period .
Communication
What stood out was how well they kept me in the loop. Real people answered our calls — none of that impersonal chatbot nonsense. We received updates by phone, WhatsApp, and email, making every step crystal clear .
Quality of Work
The repair itself was exceptional. The car was returned gleaming — immaculate inside and out — with every scratch, dent, and ding expertly fixed. You wouldn’t know anything had ever been wrong with it .

The fixing was neat but the car was brought back with a scratch. I just bought the car and the accident happen which was the fault of the truck driver, I complained to your team about the scratch in my car and they lied it was there before. I have the picture there was not scratch on my car.

We took this concern seriously and carried out a full review of the vehicle’s condition using our standard inspection photographs.
Our pre-repair images indicated that the marks were consistent with pre-existing wear. This was communicated to you based on our findings—not to dismiss your concerns, but to be transparent about what we observed. We want to reassure you that listening to our customers and addressing concerns respectfully and honestly is very important to us.
As a goodwill gesture, we invited you back to our workshop for a complimentary polish, which we were pleased you accepted. We hope this helped improve the appearance of the affected area.
Considering your feedback, we’ve since taken steps to further enhance our inspection and documentation process by introducing polarizing light filters. These provide improved visibility of fine surface marks, ensuring we can capture and communicate this level of detail even more clearly in future.

Great Service, Quality Work
Fix Auto got off to a good start by actually giving me a quote, which 4 other companies either didn’t want to, or couldn’t be bothered to!
The reception team were all very polite and super helpful. After taking a look at what needed doing, the work was booked in at my convenience. The repairs took 2 days, as quoted, and the work was completed to a fabulous standard. I even got a headlight polish at no extra cost, as it was noticed one headlight was fogged up and needed attention. The car was returned to me immaculate and the work completed at a great price. Andy and his team are lovely to deal with and I would definitely return for any future bodywork requirements. Excellent customer service all round.

The finished quality outstanding.
The finished quality of the repair was stunning. We were kept informed by real people throughout the process and whilst there was a delay due to a broken replacement bracket they pulled out the stops to get our car back as soon as possible.

Amazing service and support
Excellent service, phone calls from real people not chatbots. Messages left, follow up WhatsApps and emails. Friendly helpful people from customer service to workshop and recovery driver. All helpful and informative, a breath of fresh air in a world of all apps and no real people.
To cap it off, they fixed and cleaned my car quickly and did a great job.

The work done appears to be 1st class
The work done appears to be 1st class. I cannot comment about under the bonnet but all sounds good when the car is being driven. The matching paintworks is excellent.
All the staff and the communication was also excellent.
The only comment I would make is that not having a handbook in the courtesy car made driving and care difficult. I suggested they make a refundable chare in case it is not returned.

Fantastic work and service
Just picked up my car after minor repairs carried out by fix auto Redhill. The work is impeccable, the handling of the booking was excellent and they gave me an electric courtesy car which was clean and economical. Highly recommend using them.

Good communication and amazing workmanship
My insurance company used Auto Fix to mend my car after it had been hit.
Autofix Redhill were amazing came and collected my car within a day leaving me with a curtesy car. Communication was very good and answered all my queries.
Within 2 weeks my car was delivered back to me. The work was done to a very high standard. The car had been cleaned inside and out and was gleaming.
Would definately use again and would recommend this company to friends and family.

Best repair to my car by professionals from start to finish
I damaged the left rear passenger door of my Toyota chr and Kevin was so helpful suggesting different options and prices. After 5 days with Fix auto I picked up my car and it looked like new! I was so happy with the professionalism of Kevin and both the lovely girls on reception, who were professional, friendly and followed up all my queries. Would recommend them unconditionally.
