They were extremely helpful and responsive. They seem to have done an excellent job of repairing my car. The courtesy car process was straightforward. All things considered I am pleased with the outcome.

Why did it take this company 5 weeks to find a Lexus part when I found a local garage that source a genuine part in less than a week? They must be either utterly useless or have been dragging their feet presumably under instruction from the insurance company. They didn't suggest a loan car. They've not just let me down, they've let Aviva down and damaged their reputation. Do not choose to fix your car.

A lady called Emma in the company was particularly helpful, as I found having to use a computer to send pics etc a little challenging, ( I’m of a certain age) !!

I cannot fault the staff at Pershore, they have been extremely helpful, did an amazing repair on my BMW (which was damaged at the rear due to a vehicle driving into me at the rear), kept me updated at all times on progress, collected and delivered back my vehicle, all within a week.

I found the staff at Fix Auto at Pershore very helpful and supportive when my insurance company 'forgot' to authorize the repair of my car. Once the repair was authorized the staff, particularly Emma and Louise, kept me informed on every step of the repair. The staff were always polite and professional.
The repair itself is good. It hasn't looked this good since I bought it and, apart from the shine of the paint, you wouldn't know it had been involved in an RTA.

Brilliant service and really impressed with the work they have done. Came to my house to do the assessment, ordered the parts, collected and returned car. Repairs are fine it was the messing about and not being ready when said that was frustrating a week over when first told it was coming back. But as said repairs ok

The repair looks good but it took two working weeks to repair relatively minor damage, 3 days longer than the plan, which, because I didn’t have another car, caused me some difficulty. The parts were available before work commenced. They were obviously very busy but communication with me regarding the progress with the repair could have been better and I wouldn’t have been left hanging on for them.

Came and fetched car pretty quick,
And returned the car when done.

I sent my car to fix auto regarding two accident that involved my car. The overall finish of my car was amazing and could not fault the work that they had done. But on the other hand this work took over three months to complete and communication lacked. I got short simple text message updates whereas in the beginning I got phone calls explaining what was happening. I had three courtesy cars during the repair. The second car I was given to use was barley road legal and had not been maintained or cleaned. The final car I had. I had to put air into the tyres, fill up an empty radiator bottle and also screen wash. The service was overdue by 6000 miles.

Good repair although it took longer than I was originally told. Collection of the car and delivery back to my home by the company was very helpful.

There was some delay in getting my car repaired. This is not the fault of the repairer, it was just a perfect storm of lots of jobs coming in at the same time.
I am really impressed with the overall service offered by Fix Auto. They kept me informed at every stage of the repair , even whilst I was waiting for the repair to start.

The vehicle was inspected , and repair arranged. A decent courtesy car was delivered to my home , my car was picked up and sent off for repair.

A couple of days later I had the call to say the car was ready ,I was given the option of picking up myself , or they would have delivered it back to my home.
I returned the courtesy card and collected my car.

No fuss , everything was ready for me to collect at the time we had agreed.

We inspected the work , and you couldn't tell that the car had been damaged at all.

Paper work signed , and off I went.

I am really impressed by this company , as they seems to genuinely care about the customer , and offered decent service.
I have already spoke to them about having additional work done , as I am now very sure that they will do a professional job.
