A very friendly, professional staff that put me at ease and kept me informed all the way through the repairs. The repair itself was perfect. I highly recommend this garage and would 100% use it again.

Reception/admin staff were excellent. Whether visiting or calling the responses were always helpful. Pleased they managed to fit in my repair when it was most convenient for me.

Have made an excellent repair to my car with no fuss to me, they just got on with it and the repair is perfect, car also came back fully polished and valeted. The reception staff handle everything including the return of the hire car and they will come highly recommended from me.

My whole experience was first class right from the initial contact to the swift completion of my repair. All the staff went out of there way to make sure i was kept informed of the repairs progress and always spoke to me with professionalism with a very personal touch. My car had been with another garage for months before it was transfered to M and M. As soon as it was with M and M it was done within weeks. I was kept up to date with the repair progress by the wonderful ladies in the office and Phil went out of his way to ensure my repair was completed satisfactorialy. I would recommend this garage to anyone. First class professionalism from start to finish!

They have done a fantastic job repairing my car after some significant damage to the side and rear quarter panel - wouldn't be able to tell where the damage was. The staff were helpful and informative throughout the whole process.

I am over the moon the quality of my repairs that have been done. My bumper & hatch look amazing & you wouldn’t know if had ever been an accident. Tracey was amazing sorting my car to go on the transporter & sorting my courtesy car out. It was finished before the estimated date to be complete. It brought a tear to my eye when I finally saw my car, it was super clean & polished & you can could tell it had a professional team on it with giving my car the finishing beautiful touches. Thank you so much for my car looking perfection & lovely to drive again.

Highly recommend MnM, the car looks brand new, from start to finish i was updated on the repairs. Ive had bad experiences with other bodyshops in the past, but these guys were 1st class, I would definitely use them again.

Not the best experience. Was told my car would only be in for 2-3 days. Ended up being almost 2 weeks.
I was also told that it was going to get picked up at a certain time in the morning but was later told that it was going to be a 4/5 hour window. The lady on the phone was quite rude about it too.
They’re repair itself is good but that’s about the only saving grace.

From the moment my vehicle arrived to the moment I collected it the service and communication was excellent .

Tracey kept me up to date at every stage and ensured everything ran smoothly.

My car was damaged at 4 p.m, and by 10:30 the following morning it was already booked in, with parts being ordered immediately. Tracy was excellent throughout the entire process and kept me fully informed at every stage.

Due to work, I needed the collection of my vehicle to fit around my schedule, which was handled without any issues. The repair itself has been completed to a very high standard, and when I collected the car it was spotless inside and out.

After the stress of the initial incident, the repair experience was completely stress-free. I would highly recommend this service to anyone who has the option to use them.
