At a not great time, due to the damage to my car, Fix Auto looked after me really well.
When they had received the go ahead from my insurance company they ordered the parts and liaised with me over collection and supply of a courtesay can. I was kept up to date regarding the progress and able to agree a time and date for the return of my car.

Fix Auto was the company chosen by my insurance company to replace a damaged rear window on my motorhome. Once the replacement was sourced,the repair was quick. Updates were excellent. The overall service was great and the vehicle was delivered back to my home was massive help.

Excellent service from Start to finish. I had a courtesy car. They kept me up to date with what would happen. My car was fixed quickly and brought back to my house within 10 days

Good communication, nice courtesy car, polite staff, good repair work. Of course now need to wait to find out how much they quoted to insurance, they would not tell me. I know already how much this repair would have cost if I had done it privately, so any big difference would change my review to terrible. The problem with authorised repairers is that usually they charge more than they would in independent work, and of course insurance passes this on to customers. Overall though up to now a very good service

The service was exceptional from start to finish. They picked up my car and left a courtesy car for me and returned my car when the job was complete. They kept me updated throughout the process and made a stressful situation a lot easier.

Having been in an incident that was not my fault, Fix Auto Mid Devon were the garage the insurance company used for my repairs.
They have been outstanding. Repairs were assessed quickly and communication concerning what was required and booking in was excellent.
The car was expected to be off road for a couple weeks but the repairs were done in a week, the work carried out looks to be of an excellent standard and I can’t tell an incident had even occurred.
The arrangements to have my vehicle collected and returned to me were very easy to sort and I don’t think there’s anything that could have been done to improve the service as it was perfect. People I spoke to on the phone and in person were very friendly and couldn’t have helped more.

Fix Auto carried out repairs to my black alloy wheels. I had damaged them quite badly but this was no problem for the team at Fix Auto.

No surprises, no fuss, great comms and completed when they said it would be. I dropped the car off with them and they dropped it back to me.

I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

Lack of promised communication. Had to wait for over a week for first communication after collecting my car. But that was at the point it was nearly finished. Not after assessing what needed to be done. Was expecting a list of what had been done to the car with the receipt for the excess I had paid. But there was no further information attached, other than the receipt. Also a couple of new scratches on panel next to the one repaired. Car was supposed to be valeted inside and out. Was never touched inside. Outside could have been cleaned better.

Friendly but professional service. I was rather shaken up after the accident which to be honest was my fault but they were so understanding and kind. At each stage of the repair I got an update.

From first contact to delivery of my car after the repair the service I received from FixAuto was superb. I recieved updates and progress reports through the repair process, great communication and friendly efficient service from everyone I came into contact with. My car was returned spotlessly clean and topped up with fuel too. Just amazing ' extra mile' service all the way. Thanks to Linda Innes, Dan, Andrew and the rest of the team.

Clear procedures, good communication

The people at fix auto were so helpful and kind. I had someone back into my car and the people here were wonderful throughout the whole process. They let me know very quickly how much it might be, they got the work done in the exact time they said and even let me pick it up late as I was on holiday. They made sure everything was ok with the car, the fix is perfect and they did it for under the quoted price. They were so kind and kept me informed the whole time, as a young woman going to get your car fixed can be intimidating but the people at fix auto were so helpful and reassuring.

my vehicle was away for a couple of weeks ,i was supplied with a swift exactly the same as my vehicle ,fix auto team kept me informed every step of the way ,Having owned a repair shop myself ,i know the stress it can cause if customers keep ringing or bothering every day about the progress ,I was aware that they encountered a few issues ,but because we had a loan car this wasnt a direct problem to us ,our car was returned in a very clean and nicely repaired condition ,Overhaul we are very happy with the whole experience.

First class company from collection through to re delivery contact and updates second to none . 5 star hassle free service would very highly recommend !

This company has been exemplary right from the start and has looked after me and my car at the highest standard.

I contacted them as soon as I had caused damage to my car and as soon as I got back home I had a call from them explaining their procedures to me. It was all incredibly easy - they came and picked up my car and offered me a courtesy car which I did not need. They kept in touch whilst my car was in their care and when they brought it back, it looked immaculate both inside and out. They had even topped up the petrol tank to how it was when they picked up the car. I cannot praise them enough - what a wonderful service they give and I really appreciate everything they have done.

As always Fix Auto give 5* service. Not my first rodeo with them, hopefully my last, but who knows!
Ashley took time to explain the work needed and time estimate, ensuring that an automatic courtesy car was available for my use.
Dan took on board my need to have Mini back in time for my weekend away, which it was.
More than pleased with the repair, Mini looks like new again.

My first vehicle collision for over 30 years (thankfully not my fault) & I was impressed how the system has improved amazingly in that time. A call to my broker in the morning followed by contact from insurance company and hour later and then from Fix Auto in the afternoon. Great service, collection & drop off, great communication giving updates & the car is looking better than when it went in.
