Excellent service, my car was collected promptly and stored safely until work could begin. The work was completed to a high standard. All communication in person and by telephone was done in a friendly and professional manner. I was kept update about the progress of repairs. The vehicle was returned, valeted, at a time convenient to myself. Professional advice was given about keeping my car road worthy. Thankyou for an excellent service all round, much appreciated.

Amazing from start to finish ...they came picked car up .... started work quickly as they had a spare slot.... came and deliverd it back all valeted and clean ..bodywork has been done good to a high standard .

Everything went smoothly from the initial pickup to my collection a week later. Fix Auto did some cosmetic repairs as well as the claims repair - all to a high standard.
One disappointing aspect was that the courtesy car reeked of cigarette smoke. I appreciate though that Fix Auto cant control how previous users behave

First class service from collecting my car to returning it completely refurbished and valeted. The driver collecting the car also gave good advice and did a good description on what would be involved while the vehicle was in their possession.

Vehicle collected 30 mins early so it could be returned the same day. Car was repaired and returned on time before the end of the day. Car was picked up on a low loader and driven back to make sure there was no problems. Car valeted before returned.

My car went in for repair late 2021 after someone reversed into me, my bumper and bonnet needed re spraying, I then noticed a knocking noise so took it to a different garage who said my bumper wasn’t attached correctly! So I sent it back to fix auto and was absolutely appalled at the state of my car on return after they had it nearly three weeks, there’s white paint marks all down the passenger side, some very odd cement looking blob on my roof, they’ve clearly clipped a car on a test drive as my mirror is badly scraped and they must have left my back window down as the seat is covered in mouldy water marks! There’s what looks like an acidic hand print on my boot. I wish I never reported this incident at all as my car is now in a worse condition after been to fix auto twice than it was from the original crash! Staff that dropped my car off did nothing but moan about how useless the place is which is absolutely shocking! So to say I’m annoyed in an understatement! I was also promised a extremely good valet as the first time round it was a rushed job and the second time it hadn’t even been touched it was filthy and now I know it was to cover all the damage they had caused!! I’m now taking legal action to get this sorted and if you want my honest opinion stay well clear! They ruin cars not fix them!!!!

Great service from the off thank you, my car went in after a RTC i had a booking for the 15th of March, but after my accident i noticed my lights weren't road legal, I called to ask for advice, within 24 hours my vehicle was collected and work planned for my vehicle, Anthony has done a fantastic job on my car, the repairs are like new. I got my car back like i got it when I first picked him up from the dealers the day I purchased it.
having the repairs guaranteed for 5 years is a weight off my mind.

My car was damaged on the rear passenger side door late last year. It was picked up for repair on the 21st of January. When it was brought back on the 3rd of February I noticed it was dirty on the drivers side but let it pass because it was such a huge relief to get our own car back again as we like to go to the park every day with our dog. My disabled hubby hardly went out in the curtesy car ( we only did 16 miles) Washing our car the next day I noticed this weird stuff all over the bodywork of the car ? The chap who brought it back in that condition ( they later said it was caused by blowback ?) finally came to buff it off late in the afternoon on Friday the 25th of February (he was obviously in a rush and got some of it off but not all) in the intervening time I’d noticed the cover for the fuel tank didn’t sit flush anymore, water could get in ? I’d taken photos of the damage to the car . It was no where near where the cover is ! The cover sits flush? He said he’d come back , finish buffing and sort out the cover the week after…..I’m still waiting 3rd week on 🙄 What was funny was him denying he was the one who’d brought my car back. He said he’d valeted it inside , there was nothing to valet as I’d left the dog cover in after being let down with the first curtesy car after I’d spent hours cleaning it !
Update they are supposed to be coming next Friday the 1st of April to do the work they should have done back in January.
