They were extremely thorough although speed is not their strong point quality was impeccable. Speed can be down to a number of factors so other cars, and lack of parts did contribute to the 5 weeks.
A superb repair job carried out on my car, I was kept up to date with progress the whole time and the Reception Team was more than friendly.

Customer Service like no other
Customer Service like no other! Fix Auto Kettering have been absolutely fantastic in all aspects from collection to return of my car. Following our initial conversation regarding repairs to my car, Fix Auto Kettering arranged the next available slot for me and picked up my car on a trailer very promptly the next day giving me advance notice of when they would arrive so I had the flexibility to work around my day. They dropped off a courtesy car as promised which was in good condition. Throughout my repair, I was kept up to date on progress through the online portal and also by telephone on a weekly basis sometimes a couple of times a week. The customer services was exceptional. Everyone I spoke to was polite, understanding and gave me a full explanation of repair updates along the way. I needed my car back by a certain date and Fix Auto Kettering did everything possible to ensure this date was met and my car was delivered back to me 2 days earlier. I would recommend this company not only for its brilliant work on my car, but also for the people who made me feel comfortable all the way through. Thank you so much to you all!

Hailstorm damage
My car was damaged in a severe hailstorm, numerous dents all over the roof, bonnet, wing tops etc. Now fully repaired, no sign of any damage. Excellent job, well done and thank you.
