Took my F Pace in to get a quote to repair damage to the bonnet after Smart repair systems could not do it. Fix Auto gave me a quote which was very competitive to other repairers. Dropped car off early Monday morning picked it up Tuesday afternoon. Repair faultless can’t thank the guys enough. Very easy to talk to very honest. Would 100 % recommend them.

Excellent customer service and work quality
Our car was brought in for repairs through our insurer and I’m so glad it was - the team were fantastic. Kept us updated, easy to contact over the phone and went out of their way to help resolve some issues we had with the insurance. The work undertaken was excellent so we didn’t hesitate to return when further work was needed.

Great body shop

The car was repaired with ease and to time and budget. The paint is a flecked black metallic. It has been matched perfectly.
The car was returned in an immaculate condition.

Absolutely terrible
Absolutely terrible, didnt quote for the full job, rude to me on multiple occasions, had my car fir weeks as quoted and couldn't get the parts. Got my car back, central locking and immobiliser fault still on, and there is overspray or remnants of the theft damage all over my plastics. Also the haven't blended there is a straight line down the swage line and they have painted over masking tape and screws for my roof rack.
