Great experience with the guys and girls down at Brackley, carried out a few minor repairs on some parts for me. Delivered on time and within budget. Customer service is good with the front desk and Chris who organised the work for me.

Seamless service, from arranging a courtesy car to the real time updates of the work and its timely conclusion. Friendly reception and if you need bodywork done for whatever reason, Fix Auto comes highly recommended!

Excellent service from all the staff right from the start. All super friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful. Car was completed on time, to an extremely high standard and was also thoroughly cleaned. Would highly recommend.

Repair great, communication could be better
I was very happy with the repair to my car, which was quicker than expected. The car came back clean and the service from reception and mechanics was really friendly, hence the four stars. However, better communication about the courtesy car was needed. As my car is electric we were given an EV replacement. However, the replacement car had a range that was half the distance, and I had a long distance journey to take that weekend. I asked if it could be changed but it didn't sound likely that was going to be an option. Luckily the repair was done more quickly than expected so I got my car back in time. I really think you need to make customers aware when they are planning when to book in what sort of courtesy car they will be given, or ideally, make sure the courtesy car is of similar spec.

The best car repair centre around!!!

I was updated every few days to let me know how things were progressing also when I picked my car up it had been cleaned inside and out and I got a phone call a couple of days later asking if everything was ok.
All in all a great customer service,it’s a shame other repair companies are not as good this one.

Very happy with the repair

Great communication throughout the repairs. I was made aware of any delays and expected completion dates. Always lovely and helpful on the phone and helped finding a courtesy car as quick as possible! Highly recommend. The repairs are great, can’t tell any work has been done. Completed quickly.
