Excellent from start to finish
Excellent from start to finish, the whole process.
I like the way that I was kept informed about each stage of the job.
Every thing was timed around my lifestyle, the collection and drop off of my vehicle to suit me.
Above all, the staff!! From the girls on reception to the team that collect the car. All friendly and happy to help in any way possible.

Friendly service
Repair took a bit longer than expected but all very friendly and even got a lift home from them when my car wasn’t safe to drive. They came with a courtesy car the next day. Great work on the repair and hand over was simple.

Excellent service and support
Our car is adapted to my wife’s mobility problems, so loss of it following an accident had a big impact on being able to get her out the house and on her wellbeing. The staff at T S Smiths provided us with excellent service. They were very sensitive to our needs, finished the work quickly and efficiently and kept their promise to keep us informed about the progress of the repairs. I can strongly recommend them.

Superb service from start to finish
Superb service from start to finish. Kept in the loop regular. The courtesy car supplied to the door at a time that suited and same on return of my car . The work carried out was perfect and my car came back much cleaner than when it was taken 😊 Gemma who rang me to let me know my car was ready was super she was as delighted as I was that I had no insurance excess to pay for as it was covered by the comparison site. Woop woop to that. Definitely recommend 👌
