Excellent customer service and work
Excellent customer service from David and Kai. The work carried out on my car was perfect. The only downside was that the courtesy car provided was too small for myself and my husband (both with long, arthritic legs) so we were unable to use it - had to borrow a friend's car.

The turnaround was so quick the accident happened on the Sunday and my car was taken away on the Tuesday and I was regularly updated on the progress. I now have my car back just under a week later and the repair is perfect I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Job only half done
Job only half done, no apology and poor to deal with.
Received a fine after their driver took my car to their centre and spent several hours dealing with Bradford council subsequently before they finally paid the fine.

Smooth, hassle free and wonderful service from start to finish.
I was contacted promptly regarding the repairs to my car after an insurance claim. The process was simple and I was contacted and informed at every stage.
My car was collected at a time and place suitable to me and similarly returned in the same manner.
The pick up and delivery driver was assigned to me throughout the repair and he was very helpful.
