Exactly what I needed at a reasonable price, no fuss and delivered in a timely manner. No having to buy a million of each nut, bolt and washer when you only need one or two. Perfect.

The only problem was the delivery time
The only problem was the delivery time.
Do not use EVRI any more ...they received the parcel Friday morning and delivered. Monday.

Hi Cristi, thank you for your valued feedback. I have had a look at your case and I see that you chose the free standard delivery option at checkout. Due to factors including parcel size and value, this parcel was sent with Evri.
You're right that there was a 1-day delay with the courier collecting the parcel, and I know it's frustrating to see delays at any stage of the delivery process. However, I'm pleased to see that your order still arrived within 2 working days after being advertised as 2-5 working days for your free delivery option.
We know that our customers rely on us to avoid delays in their projects, so we take our commitment to on-time deliveries extremely seriously.
An example of this includes upgrading deliveries to express services if ever there are despatch delays which could put any orders at risk of arriving late. While it looks as though your order was treated with the same care to get it to you 1 working day after collection, I'm sorry that you were disappointed with the initial delay.

My First Order
I found the ordering process easy to use and even though there was a delay I was promptly informed and kept up to date regarding the order. I would surely use Fix a bolt again.

I ordered a long fully threaded 10 mm bolt.
I was sent one with only 35 mm thread length.

I see that you ordered an M10 x 200mm socket head cap screw. These are not fully threaded and there is no suggestion that they are on our website.
