If i could give a lower rating i would
If i could give a lower rating i would. the 'tech support' are useless and rude. They will just close your ticket when they decide they either cant be bothered anymore or have no idea what they are on about. When you open a new ticket 'tech support' will blatantly refuse to read through the transcripts and instead go through the same trouble shooting as the last. this wouldnt be too much of an issue if i hadnt already spent hours in a previous ticket and then been assured the ticket wouldnt be closed until the problem had been resolved. The 'mods' barely work, they either do not install or state they have installed but in fact havent. DO NOT spend a penny here. You will come to regret it.

It is possible that your ticket was closed by mistake, we have revised our procedure for closing tickets, and this situation will not be repeated. Regarding the rude response from our employee, we have reviewed our responses with the whole team and we recognise that some of them may seem formulaic, we will try to get rid of it.
Thank you for your feedback, even negative feedback is appreciated because it helps us get better. I hope you will use our app again and your next experience will be better.

Hello,
I'm sorry to hear about your disappointment. The mapping with ads can be uninstalled through the app in the "Installed" section. Or in the "Settings" by deleting all modifications

I had a couple problems and Sunrise was able to help me very quickly even at such an odd time during the night. I have a limited knowledge when it comes to these things and with the limited information I was able to give Mr. Sunrise he was able to pinpoint what I needed to do and gave me step by step instructions to get my problem solved. Great app and great support team. Very knowledgeable.

If you are a mapper, dont get it
If you are a mapper or stuff like that, this mod cannot be used, as you can't open Codewalker.
I contacted their support and they told me to remove the mod to get it to work.

We completely understand your frustration. We are very sorry about this situation. But at the moment there is no solution to this problem, our application is not compatible with Codewalker
