defect purchased item, i have an old fashion phone not a latest model computer.
purchased item, paid with my debit card. item will not work on my phone. returned item back with the receipt for the purchase, cannot return my money onto debit card or cash back. she gave me a Yes gift card.
Five Below just robbed me for a defect item and did not
able to respect my purchase. I will never return to this company again, will go back to the store and notify customers on there return policy. and burn the gift card. shame on Five below to seniors and others.
Returns went well BUT
I purchased some things from the Westwood, MA store and had to return several items.
Return went well as the Nancy the manager had no issue taking my returns which was good as I had no receipt.
My only issue is that Nancy smells odd. I could smell body odor and what smelled like Cheetos.
I hope someone reads this and lets her know that she has an issue and although my return went well, my lasting impression is her odd smell and as such I think moving forward, I will go to the Braintree store instead.

Cute store for cheap stuff
They had some cute items for cheap. This store is basically a glorified dollar store. Didn’t really see any employees to ask questions to. And it’s all self checkout.

Great store nice items. Only draw back was checking myself out, had I realized that I wouldn't of purchased anything. If you can have an employee tell me which one to use to check out, she could of done it. I WILL NOT be shopping in the store again.

Online services are horrible especially for popular items. Don't bother ordering if it's a gift, or needed in a timely manner. I have been told items were out of stock, & refunded. Then told that isn't true. When my order came 11+ business days later it was missing 4 items! That they said were out of stock, & then took back that claim. I made the terrible decision to order again, & had the EXACT thing happen. I then was told the email was meant for someone else. I doubt that's true as they said the same thing with my previous order. Thankfully they refunded me for my first order, but after all the stress from their lies I would have rather just gotten my package in full since I ordered it for a specific reason. Now just to wait for my next order to come in to see if they actually told the truth for once. Not cool five below!

The shopping part was fine but your checkout sucks.The checkout was telling me that the shipping address needs to be on there and that the billing address needed to be on there even though I had put it on.Christmas is right around the corner and you expect to sell anything like that.I want to order my items.You need to fix that or you lose all of the sales that I would have made.

5 below is not call that for nothing. I brought iPhones charger 12 ft 10 ft withe the regular cord and I brought the coil cord. It work for a couple of day and now it doesn’t. 5 below is just robbing people of there money. The quality of the Material is way below average. What ever company they wholesale for need to produce quality stuff that will last. I don’t recommend any one with good sense to shop there any more. Go to a store that want people to shop for good quality stuff. Lastly, put good quality merchandise in the Store!!!! Period!!!
My work experience
Was great working with them at first. I was offered an opportunity to move up with better hours and more pay. Then months later, they took it back and gave me a terrible excuse as to why. A couple months later I asked for full time and apparently only managers can have full time and the employees can only work part time. I’m still trying to make wits end financially and five below did not care. I also had to explain my autism to them as to why I couldn’t greet EVERY PERSON that came in. It’s no wonder the location I was at have bad ratings. So glad I work at a better company that actually cares about their employers
