J’ai été piégée par une fausse publicité se faisant passer pour Tému : on me proposait de gagner un vélo et de ne payer que 2 € de frais de port. En réalité, ce paiement m’a automatiquement inscrite à un abonnement mensuel non consenti.

Depuis, plusieurs prélèvements sont apparus sur mon compte (2 €, 7,30 €, 9,51 €…), malgré mes tentatives de désabonnement qui étaient confirmées par email. Même après m’être désabonnée, les débits ont continué.

Leur “service client” m’a ensuite contactée en me proposant un remboursement, mais uniquement si je laissais un avis 4 ou 5 étoiles positif sur Trustpilot. C’est totalement malhonnête et révélateur de leurs pratiques abusives.

⚠️ Ce site pratique l’usurpation de marque, l’arnaque à l’abonnement et la manipulation des avis. J’ai dû contester tous les paiements auprès de ma banque pour bloquer définitivement leurs prélèvements.

👉 Mon conseil : n’entrez jamais vos coordonnées bancaires sur ce site. C’est une escroquerie organisée.

The team was v helpful in reaching back when I had a concern. My emails were replied to v promptly and I was given surety that I will be compensated for the transactions that happened using my email on their website.

This company is not trustworthy, because I ended up making a purchase transaction through a link that had nothing to do with the product they sell. I asked for a refund, but they told me to rate them 5 stars so that I could get the refund. Well, I had already done the rating, and instead of refunding them, they continued to charge more through another company. I got a refund from the other company, but from this fitwear4all, it's been more than 2 months and they haven't refunded the amount! They promise a refund after a positive rating on Trust Pilot, which has not been done yet, so I have no other alternative but to tell the truth about what happens with this company: they charge you for a service you didn't ask for and they also pass your credit card to other companies (I had to block my card) without your consent! RUN AWAY from this company!!

Someone else used my banking details and I am very impressed with the quick way in which you handled the situation and responded. Thank you very much for your prompt action. Much appreciated.

Good customer service

I don't know you as a group and the subscription and deduction on my account is unfair as there's no notification just a deduction going off and that is totally wrong to take money without permission.
