Visited Fitshop today and had a really positive experience. Ben was friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful from the moment we walked in. We felt welcomed straight away and there was absolutely no pressure to buy, which made a big difference.

The equipment quality was excellent and Ben took the time to explain the different options clearly. We actually managed to put together a full home gym for around half of what we were originally expecting to spend, without compromising on quality.

Would definitely recommend both the store and the service.

Recently bought a significant gym set up from Fitshop (I am a repeat customer). There were a few minor issues with the equipment and Fitshops customer service (particularly Sophia) was absolutely first rate to help resolve. I highly recommend this company for your home gym set up!

I placed an ordered for a
Peloton Cross Training Bike for almost a week now and is yet to be delivered. Delivery is taking too long , I asked for my order to be cancelled after sending a couple of emails for my refund processing still no response about my refund! Will have to take it up with my bank at this point! Will definitely not recommend!

Update on my order ,

It’s been 2 weeks now since my order has been cancelled and my refund is yet to be processed as they are waiting for the confirmation from their warehouse team! This is ridiculous, 2 full weeks to get my refund back despite the fact that I did not receive the order. The order didn’t even leave their installation team! I will appreciate if this is escalated to the appropriate department!

Kindly process my refund!

Do not patronize this brand if you think you might cancel your order at some point due to any reason because they will not process your refund! I had to file a dispute with the bank to get the money back!

Visited the store for to browse the selection of Treadmills and although not looking to purchase immediately, Wes gave us all the information we required, allowed us to use the display models and gave us some great options for us to consider. Great Service and really informative. Thank you
