I have been with FitPro for almost 7…
I have been with FitPro for almost 7 years and their customer service has usually been outstanding.
I have just renewed my insurance with them however and their communication is seriously lacking, I have not had any certificate issued (which is needed for proof in a new job), I have proof of payment, there is no way of calling as the 'inbox' is full and I have had no response to any emails. This is really disappointing and not at all how the company used to operate.

Over a week to speak. Where are customer service?
I'm not sure my insurance is the right one and I've tried for a whole week to try and speak with one of the team but to no avail. Leave a message saya the automated answer machine.. I've left at least 4. It's very frustrating to say this least. I'm surprised as I've never experienced these problems in the past.

I recently completed the Perimenopause to Post-Menopause course with FitPro and it was absolutely brilliant. The content was clear, practical, and so well put together.
Thanks to this course, I’ve been able to launch a ladies’ outdoor boot camp, and the results and feedback have been incredible. It gave me the confidence and knowledge to really understand and support women through this stage of life, both in training and lifestyle choices.
FitPro made the whole process smooth and professional, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. If you’re a fitness professional wanting to make a real difference, this course is brilliant.

Usually ok, just a poor experience this time
Didn’t send my insurance certificate despite taking direct debit for the last 2 months. However, quickly resolved and usually have no problems with Fitpro. Just this occasion, communication has been poor.

Thank you for your feedback. We have investigated and it would appear that, due to a glitch in the system your policy did not automatically roll-over (as it should have done). Unfortunately, due to the high volume of policies we manage, we only became aware of the problem once you contacted us. However, once made aware, we were able to quickly resolve the matter and send out your documents.
To confirm, as you were paying the premiums continually, there was no break in your cover.
