I bought a new treadmill £150 cheaper than I could find it anywhere else. It seemed a bit to good too be true and I had some doubts immediately after I placed the order, however I got a call the next day advising when it would be delivered by. It arrived on schedule and I'm very happy with my purchase.

Absolutely love my new Echelon bike and so happy to get it for such a great price. The communication from Fitness Marketplace is excellent; I was contacted by text to confirm my order and touch base and then received a call to arrange delivery. My bike had a small issue with one of the sensors; Adam looked into it for me and just went ahead and arranged for a swap, which happened the next day! Highly recommend this company; the personal touch is what really makes the difference, along with the super prices!

Actually bought my NordicTrack x22i treadmill from them (Adam) in late December 2021. (date on here has to be within 12 months) A few initial difficulties wrt stock were soon resolved and I've been extremely happy with the treadmill overall. Not entirely sure why Hamilton (being in Scotland and far closer than many parts of England) requires the extra delivery charge but I would recommend fitnessmarketplace wholeheartedly. Friendly and helpful with excellent deals.

Wanted a new exercise bike so contacted the fitness marketplace spoke to both Matt and Adam both the guys were very helpful and very knowledgeable about the options available so I ordered an Nordictrack i22 Matt offered to deliver it Birmingham for me when they arrived they were happy to take the bike upstairs to the bedroom for me during my dealings with them they couldn’t do enough for me delighted with the service and the end product

Got a treadmill at a great price. Ordered on Monday, sent an email to enquire about delivery and Matt rang me to say they could deliver on Friday.
The lads who delivered it were great, plugged it in and gave a demonstration.
Along with tips for running a marathon!

Received an exercise bike yesterday which I ordered recently. I didn't wait too long for delivery and the courier was very good at communicating. The bike is in excellent condition and really pleased with everything. Would definitely recommend.

I'd like to thank Adam and his team for the fantastic service given to me regarding the purchase of a Squat machine, repair parts for my Nordic Track cross trainer (also purchased from fitness marketplace) and some weight plates. Nothing was too much trouble for them in assisting me, including sending a video of the new machine and talking me through it.
Living in the wild west of Wales delivery is always an issue but it was sorted quickly and efficiently, the delivery driver (Steve) couldn't have been more helpful. Many thanks Steve.

I bought the Nordic Tracker NS10 cross trainer from Fitnessmarketplace to help me lose weight and improve my exercise during the winter months.

The service was excellent and advise on details for a machine that would hold my weight. As I live in Devon they explained the courier service to get it delivered and timescale which was spot on.

I have had the machine 9months and it has been excellent, well built, sturdy and reliable, just what I needed and with regular use I have lost 8 stone in this time.

It took a while to find the right machine and company but I am so pleased that I used Fitness Market place and got this particular Nord Tracker.

Very well informed,pleasant and great prices. Bought a better model rowing machine than I went for and am delighted with it. There was no pressure to buy and they wanted to be sure I was happy with my purchase

I bought a a few things from Fitnessmarketplace, absolutely brilliant service, Great communications, Adam straight away organised communciations with Whatapp and agreed delivery. He delivered first thing in the morning and lifted quite a lot of equipment into our cellar. Quality also very good. Look forward to getting more equipment in the near future

I recently bought a new screen for my S22i from Fitness Marketplace and couldn’t be happier with the service. Adam kept me updated throughout, had an issue with the fist screen but Adam sorted the problem out straight away.
The price was amazing—much better than any other company I looked at. Delivery was super quick, arriving within two days.

Can't recommend Fitness Marketplace UK enough.
I ordered the ProForm Tour de France 10.0 exercise bike through EBay. Brilliant bike but it developed a fault.
I contacted Fitness Marketplace and Adam (a name you will come across a lot) answered the phone (9am). I explained the problem and Adam said he would call me back with a solution.
Adam phoned back around 15:30 and the problem was solved.
The whole process was quick and made extremely easy, the outcome better than expected. Thank you.

I contacted Adam at Fitness Marketplace a week ago as our previous exercise bike (which was several years old), had developed a fault. Despite this not being bought from them (we bought it used from eBay) Adam and his team went out of their way to help and spent a lot of time trying to diagnose the fault and suggest a fix. When it became clear that it couldn’t be economically repaired, we had no hesitation in going back to Adam and Fitness Marketplace to purchase a new machine. As we are fairly local, they welcomed us to visit the showroom and advised us on a suitable alternative. 4 days later, Adam personally delivered our brand new NordicTrack which is now up and running and we are absolutely delighted with the service and product. I have no doubt that if we do encounter any issues in the future, Adam and the team will do their very best to resolve the problem. Great to see that we still have companies that don’t just “sell boxes” and are always accessible to take a call. Keep up the excellent work and it’s been a genuine pleasure dealing with you!

Fantastic company who goes above and beyond to help, in particular Matt. Bought a machine off them following being critically ill in a coma in 2023, on the advice and recommendation of the physio who was treating me when I woke up. Unfortunately I wasn’t quite over the illness as much as I thought and went straight back into hospital before I’d even tried the bike. 2024 and I set the machine up again and unfortunately had an issue with it, way out of the warranty period but Matt couldn’t have been more helpful, after what can only be described as a nightmare 12 months I didn’t need an expensive machine becoming an unusable ornament in the house, Matt helped to ensure that didn’t happen and it’s all up and running. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from this company again and can’t thank them enough. Take note companies, compassion, understanding and helpfulness goes a long long way ! I highly recommend Fitness Marketplace

From reading other reviews (and from my own experience) it's clear that the staff here pride themselves on service and aftercare.
This was really important to me as an absolute newbie to the world of exercise equipment.
The website was easy to navigate ... and helped me find the right item (a tablet holder for my Pro-Form Elliptical Trainer - which I was really struggling to source/identify the correct item). Not only did I get the exact accessory I needed, but the price was extremely competitive.
My order arrived perfectly packaged and in quick time.
Subsequently I spoke directly to Adam (as I needed some advice) and he was super knowledgeable and very responsive.
10 out of 10 from me - and I will definitely be using them again on my journey to fitness; and, naturally, I have no hesitation in recommending this great company.

Eventually got a response via the WhatsApp number asking me a question and have had no response to my reply.
Poor customer service which has made me purchase item from another company.
