Excellent Customer Service
I recently purchased a Water Rower from Fitness Equipment NI. I have to say they were a pleasure to deal with. Luke in the sales team was always prompt to reply to emails and phone calls. He explained there was 10-12 week lead time on the order (with possibility of earlier delivery if more stock arrived sooner). We actually got it in about 8 weeks. In this day and age its always a pleasure to deal with a company where you can actually talk to a "human". I would definitely recommend Fitness Equipment NI for any sports equipment requirements.

Exceptional Customer Service Skills
I recently purchased a Tunturi multi gym from the Website and found both the company and level of customer service first class thus exceeding my expectations.
A special mention to Luke in the Sales team whose customer service skills are exceptional and helped ensure my equipment’s delivery and install date was tracked and confirmed. I would more than recommend using UK Fitness Equipment for purchasing any fitness equipment.
