Did not send my order. Stopped replying to me emails
I previously had a great experience with this company when I purchased a Waterrower. However, this year I ordered an accessary for the rowing machine and ended up having to request a chargeback from my credit card company as the order was not shipped. The excuses and eventual lack of any further communication from Fitness Equipment NI was disappointing.

Hi Paul,
Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologise for the disappointing experience. During that time, we were undergoing a warehouse relocation, which unfortunately impacted our ability to process your order promptly. While this explains the situation, it does not excuse it, and we take full responsibility. We have since implemented improved procedures to ensure this does not happen again. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us refine our processes, and we are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused. Upon review, we’re glad to see that the matter has now been addressed and resolved
Regards
FENI
Do not buy from these
Do not buy from these. Bought an expensive treadmill from them. Within 1 year screen failed. Now the 2nd screen has failed and I have been emailing them constantly but with no reply. Even though the part is still in warranty. Stay away.
