Our Spirit CRS800S was assembled yesterday and it is terrific. My husband used a similar bike while in rehab and decided he needed one at home. He will not be able to use it for another week or more as he just had surgery. Thank you Israel for recommending this model!

Very informative and helpful in looking for equipment

I was looking for an recumbent stepper after completing cardio rehab and came across Fitness broker. Pleasant people and very helpful. I ordered the Spirit CRS800S and it arrived just as my rehab classes came to an end. I used the NuStep at rehab and was happy with that, but after using the Spirit I find it better for my needs with a few more programs. Their both good machines, but for me I prefer the Spirit. For me it was easy to assemble, but I have tools and am mechanically inclined, but I believe most anyone who is physically able can put this together without problems. If you don't have equipment or help to move a 300 lb. package, you might be better off buying the assembly package offered. Very quiet machine and the cooling fan is a great benefit.

Spoke with Israel about purchasing a NuStep unit. After talking at length about my needs, issues etc. I ultimately purchased a Spirit machine for a better price that has more options. I had reviewed them both but the professional opinion helped with the decision. His knowledge of his equipment was fantastic. No pushing to go with either unit just information. Delivery was great, driver came when i was told and brought into garage for me. Havent gotten it together yet as life has been a bit hectic but Im sure I will love it. Big thank you Israel!

All in all, it was a smooth sale. The delivery was a little bit hectic, because one didn’t tell the other house soon the stepper was going to get to my house. I will say the guy that delivered it from Texas went above and beyond by bringing it inside my foyer because it was raining. The assembly person did not know until Saturday night that Tuesday was when it was to arrive, it ended up being all right. He was able to get here and do it. It was just a bit hectic but otherwise I can’t tell you what a great experience it was. I love my recumbent stepper it’s unbelievable.
