Look I only have one part of my experience that was negative but it's enough for me to never use them again. 90% of what I ordered was fine except I purchased seat covers for my byd seal... They arrived used with marks all over them, they looked nothing like the picture on the page, they look and feel awful and cheap,no instructions, arrived in a Japanese doona bag, were missing the back and neck rests and the worst part to install them I would have had to take my seats apart (this was a guess as again no instructions but it's the only way I could get them behind the plastic bits and connect under seats ect). So yeah cheap stuff from them is fine but don't spend good money on seat covers... They won't reply to your emails and there is no other way to contact them. Go to eevastore or do more research as I would have not gone with these guys if I'd seen these reviews first.

I ordered a manual tonneau cover for my BYD Shark. The instructions for fitting were poor and I contacted the business. they eventually answered my call and then I received a call from China. he said it was easy and would send me pics and videos. these were blurry and 40 seconds long and related to a Ford Ute. I eventually worked it out myself however: 1) it was missing parts 2) it doesn't accurately fit the back of the ute, 3) the opening button mechanism doesn't work. I contacted them with the issues and they didn't write back. Overall it is useless and a waste of money and time. I wouldn't recommend.

Ordered window shades for Sealion 7 and was supplied with items that were outrageously the wrong size. Ordered in March, first contacted them to advise the issue few days after order was received and have been met with no response or resolution to this day (June). Do not recommend this company - there are plenty of others to buy from that will supply the advertised items.

Order a boot mat and windscreen sunshade for my BYD Atto 2. Boot mat was fine, but the sunshade was not as described on the website – it did not have the silver reflective side and both sides were black which defeats it's purpose.

I emailed the seller, but as per the other reviewers, no response.

I received the wrong order for my BYD Shark and have been met with total silence since trying to fix it. No response to emails or messages. If you value customer service and actually getting what you paid for, look elsewhere. Very poor experience.

Customer service is non existent. Order took forever to post and the tracking was sent long before they arranged for it to be picked up. Tracking stopped a few days in and the company wouldn’t respond to my emails. It eventually arrived long after the car and the owner had already bought the items (they were a birthday surprise). I contacted to see if they would swap it for something else but again, no replies. I finally got hold of them via text and they agreed to a refund if I sent the parcel back. I did son but still had to continually chase them for the refund. I did get it but it was a long and frustrating process.

I ordered "premium" floor mats and a boot cover. Allegedly these are custom made for the car and anti slip. In fact, they were extremely cheaply made, did not fit. And slipped. I tried to return them and they ignored me. Ended up getting a credit card chargeback. I don't think these people will be in business much longer.

Company sent the wrong item, and has not responded to multiple emails/text to “customer service” number over a working week, to organise either the sending of the correct item, or a refund. While I am reasonably happy with the quality of the items that did arrive, the non-response regarding the rectification of the wrong item issue ensures that I will never order from these guys again and will go to a competitor from here.
Edit: only responded when threatened with ACCC reporting.

I got a new BYD atto 2, I got the full set of the floor mat and they arrived before the car. The floor mat fit in perfectly and I’m not worry about getting my car dirty. And the sale associates are very punctual.

Roof racks for ATTO3 arrived a little late but very happy with them. Easy fit, work well. Thank you FITMYBYD.

Awful quality sun shade, doesn't even fit the windscreen - it leaves big gaps everywhere. Requests for refund or exchange were ignored.

Took forever to arrive and they don’t send updates with tracking info. The items for the glovebox and under storage compartment for our Sealion 7 were ok but the windscreen shield I bought is very cheap and flimsy so I am disappointed in that. Don’t know that I will brother ordering from them again

Two bad experiences - the goods never arrived and the seller kept blaming Australia Post, although Australia Post confirmed that the items were never handed in for despatch. The second time, only one of two items arrived, and the seller is stonewalling my request for a refund - even though their website says "30 day ease of mind returns"
