Flexibility to do course over 12 months by distance enabled me to continue working! Kylie Whatman was wonderful, highly recommend her, so helpful and approachable.

The support is excellent, modules are insightful and experiential bringing growth and confidence in the industry.

I found that fit college was quite fast at responding to questions and marking assessments which was good
I found the actual work very frustrating and that I haven’t actually learnt much from the cert to prepare me for actual real life situations as a class runner.
For example: there is a critical thinking section and you had to dissect how you used critical thinking to fix a roster. Rostering is more of a business aspect of class running and I feel a better option would be something to do directly with class running like: a pregnant lady has walked into your class and there are these exercises, can she do them and what are her options?
I would have loved to learn alternative movements for people who have injuries, what movements pregnant people can’t do, tips on how to correct someone’s form
Luckily I already work at a gym and I am learning this stuff hands on but not everyone gets this opportunity
There were also sections on interpersonal conflict that needed multiple videos which I thought was unnecessary and just common sense/learn from your workplace
Overall it’s an alright course but I definitely didn’t think it was great for knowledge but I have heard similar feedback about a few other places and the same cert qualification

I recently did cert 3 4 from fit college. It was wonderful experience. Both teachers bass and Gemma are very intelligent and experienced. I would recommend fit college if you want to do fitness course and in limited time.

Teachers were unprofessional, work was confusing and had no help with the work,

Bass is a great coach and trainer. Very informative sessions and I would recommend it all my mates who are considering to be a trainer.

The trainers were always available, friendly and answered my questions clearly and concisely. I am not an academic, but I was able to complete the Cert IV in Fitness, online, in 7 months. Fit college even let me attend classes to finish a Zoom lesson as I have challenges with technology.

Kyle was exceptional he was always on hand for help along with other teachers looking forward to to cert 4

Best in this business

I really enjoyed doing my Certificate III through Fit College, I had a great class and an excellent teacher who was always willing to help.

FIT provide great online teaching & avail sessions to physically attend for those who wish/need : )
this is really wonderful service for an online course : )

This company could be a lot less worried with selling a product and more concerned with the awful communications and education that are poorly delivered. You can find a better business to do your certification through.

The level of support was AMAZING!!! It really solidified passion in the fitness industry and my journey to being g a qualified Fitness professional. Thanks Tim and the crew at FIT College Bibra Lake :)

Thank you. Always avail by phone to help out. Did a short course and had a good experience.

After doing half of my Cert IV with another RTO, I found FIT College to have a personalised supportive culture. The weekly drop-in sessions were very helpful for the online format I undertook.
Thank you.

The staff are so helpful. They respond to enquiries within minutes. Overall I can't thank the staff and their professional service

A Supportive team that were very accommodating at all times. I personally struggled on many levels as I was a mature aged student and had not studied in 35 years!! Here I’m with a cert 3 🤩 thank you
Highly recommend FIT College- give it a go you have nothing to loose!

I've learnt a lot from fit College

an on campus marker is very necessary i feel. i understand the one that is on the mainland is still just doing his job to not have any tripups in the final audit but it felt like he was very by-the-book and it sometimes felt as if i was talking to a brick wall as it would be communicating with someone online unfortunately.

Was going through a lot trouble with work slowing down and asked if they could pause repayments till I can pick up more work they agreed to give me 2 months of leniency to get back to work to find out they have sent it to collections and that they didn't stop repayments at all when I called them they said they did and they lied to me over the phone and I emailed back evidence they did stop payments at all waiting for a reply back would not touch them as far as you can throw them lying and useless financial services.
