I had lot of issues working with Fit Bodies Inc. The communication with management was horrible, but when I say horrible is HORRIBLE. and when problems arose, I didn’t receive the support or refund I expected. Others have mentioned similar concerns about their experience as well.

If you’re thinking about working with them, just make sure to do your own research and be cautious.DONT DO IT DONT DO IT.

I was so pleasantly surprised to see Fit bodies reach out to me on LinkedIn about a teaching vacation opportunity. I decided to give it a try and booked 1 week teaching at a resort in Tulum — it was absolutely amazing. The staff at Secrets was so kind and friendly and my yoga students were also so wonderful. Fit bodies was very helpful, safe, and is a great opportunity to travel at a discounted price!

I had the pleasure to teach yoga in Cancún and Punta Cana through Fit Bodies: both trips were wonderful!!
It was super easy to book with multiple options for me as I travel with my family.
Communications with the Fit Bodies and the resort teams were smoothly and always ready to support (even about my dairy allergy!).

I also took a training certification course with Fit Bodies and it was an amazing experience!

If you are a fitness professional interested in travelling, I can’t recommend Fit Bodies enough!

Writing this review from a beach chair overlooking the ocean at a 5 star ⭐️ resort in Cap Cana area of Dominican Republic. It feels like paradise here with incredible staff service. I’ve been travelling as a yoga teacher with Fitbodies Inc since 2022 and this is my 12th teaching week. My experiences have been all positive and the staff work hard to ensure your teaching vacation goes smoothly. I’ve been affected by hurricanes on two separate times and staff were available to explore options for resort changes. I used travel insurance on my credit card both times, with provided documentation from Fitbodies to get reimbursed for my trip expenses.
I currently have 6 more trips booked for 2027.

Whether you are a group exercise instructor, personal trainer, pickleball coach, yoga instructor, or another type of fitness professional, Fit Bodies provides an incredible opportunity to travel the world while working in your area of expertise, all for a fraction of the cost of a traditional vacation.
I just booked my fourth trip with Fit Bodies, and I can honestly say this organization has been life-changing for me. My daughter is also yoga-certified, so we often choose resorts that host multiple Fit Bodies professionals. Our most recent experience was especially memorable because it became a family trip with my adult children.
One of the things I love most is that I can continue my exercise and wellness routine while on vacation. Let’s face it, we would all probably be working out anyway, right?! Sharing our passion for fitness and wellness with people around the world makes it even more enjoyable.
The Fit Bodies staff is professional, supportive, and wonderful to work with. I am truly grateful to be part of this organization and highly recommend Fit Bodies to any wellness professional looking for a unique way to combine their passion for fitness, travel, and helping others.

I have worked with Fit Bodies (fitnessprotravel) for a little over 2 years now. They have changed some of their practices, promotions and base prices since we have started working with them. It is a legitimate company, and works with fitness professionals that have certifications in their area. They do promote more training and learning, and knowledge of other aspects of the fitness industry, but it is not mandatory. Personally I am a pickleball coach, and active vacationer, and this opportunity works well for me. There are responsibilities to fulfill while on vacation, but the trade is very rewarding and beneficial to both parties. I have recommended this company to a few of my friends in the fitness industry, and know of at least one that has also taken advantage of this opportunity. Although yoga and Pilates seem to be the 2 main requests from the included resorts, there are many more opportunities available for other areas of fitness as well. I am highly looking forward to our next trip, and have a few more booked within the next 16 months. When we have had small issues, fit bodies reps have been available and have done their very best to solve any problems in a very timely manner. There are rules and regulations to follow, so take the time to read the literature before booking anything so that you know what’s required of you. Keep in mind the travel portion of the trip is up to the individual to organize, so look at flights before booking will save a shock of flight prices from particularly expensive routes.

Working for FitBodies is an amazing opportunity for fitness instructors. The staff are professional and helpful from booking through point of contact during the vacation. This is a great way to share your passion with the world and I highly recommend to every instructor.

I am not one to often leave reviews. It takes either a very good, or a very bad experience somewhere, for me to take the time to leave a review. This, this company and the experience, deserve my time. So here it is 😊

If I could leave 6 stars, I would. I have tried I don’t even know how many “similar” companies and programs to this, and can personally say, this in my experience and opinion is BY. FAR. , the best of the best. It’s not just one of those very generic wellness. Health. Yoga. Etc, programs, this is a complete hands on, FULL experience. l don’t think it’s possible to find anything like it , that has the locations and options they have. Booking is easy. Communication is not only great, but the fact it even exists, when so many others don’t even have anything but an ai chat bot to talk to, and the programs themselves are top top top notch. Truly, I mean it when I say if I could give it 6 stars instead of 5 , I would.

I booked a trip that showed it included my family (2 adults and 2 children up to 16 years old). I made sure to book a trip that included my son. Unfortunately, after booking the trip, I received a bill for $1,500 to bring my son along. When I compare the cost of this trip to booking on Expedia, I would be paying the same price to take my family without working. I sent images of the misleading information and they refused to refund me my money.
When comparing trip costs to Expedia, you will notice often the trip is similar to the Expedia costs. Be careful booking trips there because you could end up working for free and there is a zero refund policy, even if the trip information is inaccurate.

So my wife, Tanya, who has been a yoga instructor for Fit Bodies for several years, books a trip to Secrets Montego Bay, through the Fit Bodies web portal, for March 7-14, 2027 - over a year away. The trip was booked on Feb 22, 2026, and we were charged $1500, which was immediately collected from our credit card. We are then told in early May 2026 that, due to the hurricane in Oct 2025, the resort will not open in time and the trip is cancelled. A normal business in the travel industry that books something for a customer and then cancels, would either refund the money or help book a different resort/week. Particularly in this case where they knew the resort was currently closed due to the storm with significant damage. But instead, Fit Bodies just keeps the money. Regardless of any contract, that does not seem like a fair, honest, ethical, moral, or legal approach to business. That seems like obtaining funds under false pretenses (also called fraud). The drumbeat we keep getting told of "you are supposed to get trip insurance" doesn't really apply because this is far prior to booking airline tickets and any other trip expenses - and you cannot adequately estimate for trip insurance without all of those items. And what is the justification for keeping the money? There is presumably no outlay in funds at that point by anyone. The right thing to do is to treat your instructors with some respect and return the money to them. Keeping the money seems more like stealing in this case.

I’m very disappointed to say that my experience with Fit Bodies has gone downhill over time. While I had some great experiences in the beginning, the company has become increasingly unreliable, inflexible, and difficult to work with.
Prices have increased dramatically, and it now feels much more focused on profit than on offering a meaningful or enjoyable teaching vacation experience.
Communication is poor, policies feel inconsistent, and there is little to no support when issues arise. When I reached out with concerns, the response was dismissive and unhelpful.
Sadly, I will be canceling my membership once my current travel is complete. Based on my recent experiences, I would not recommend this company. fitbodiesinc.com

Dos malas experiencias con Fit Bodies -

Los resorts son maravillosos y solo he tenido las mejores experiencias trabajando con ellos. El personal es divertido, emocionado y amable.

La gerencia de Fit Bodies es lo que ha sido increíblemente decepcionante, tanto que nunca volveré a trabajar con ellos.

Mi primer viaje fue en septiembre a Tulum. Nunca me agregaron al WhatsApp y me puse en contacto con el contacto regional y Remelyn y el correo electrónico de contacto de Fit Bodies en su sitio web. NUNCA recibí respuesta y nunca me contactaron por WhatsApp… nadie hizo un seguimiento después de las vacaciones tampoco, por lo que mis contactos con ellos fueron literalmente ignorados cuando solo estaba tratando de seguir su propio protocolo.

Para mi segundo viaje, se suponía que iba a viajar a Curazao esta semana, pero me enfermé de Covid tres días antes de que se suponía que debía irme. Me puse en contacto con Remelyn, quien no me respondió hasta un día después. Fue seca conmigo y no me ayudó. Terminó dejando nuestra conversación en visto y no hizo un seguimiento conmigo, me pasó a otra gerente pero no me hizo saber que eso estaba sucediendo. Simplemente dejó nuestra conversación en el aire. La gerente a la que me pasó fue Denise Cox, quien me llamó de la nada y fue INCREÍBLEMENTE grosera conmigo. Me estaba hablando como si lo hubiera hecho a propósito, cuando contraer Covid estaba totalmente fuera de mi control. Ambas gerentes actuaban como si todavía debiera viajar al resort a pesar de enfermarme de Covid, lo cual es tan desconsiderado con los resorts, su personal y el bienestar de sus huéspedes.

Si fueran inteligentes, valorarían y respetarían a sus profesores, considerando que somos la cara de su empresa y la marca en la que están construyendo su negocio. Pensé que esto sería una ventaja increíble para ser instructor, pero me han decepcionado por completo. Lo que suena demasiado bueno para ser verdad, a menudo lo es.

Su comportamiento me ha dado asco y me ha quitado por completo las ganas de volver a trabajar con esta empresa. Establece tus expectativas MUY bajas si alguna vez necesitas ayuda del equipo de gestión de Fit Bodies. Es mejor que hables con el resort directamente y potencialmente evites a Fit Bodies como intermediario.

Como profesora de yoga, su comportamiento y trato hacia los demás va en contra de todo en lo que creo. Enseñar fitness de yoga en general se trata de levantar y animar a los demás. Hubiera esperado esa filosofía de esta empresa y me entristece y decepciona saber que es lo contrario
