Naomi & Floyd are building a community that supports everyone’s fitness journey. Always had amazing time in their classes and trips and would 110% recommend fit and funky if your looking for a fun way to get fit and healthy. Shout out to the instructors also!

This was my first class & a bit apprehensive However,Floyd the instructor took this on board when giving instructions & gave individual help when needed to make sure I was doing the exercise routine correctly & safely. I enjoyed the classs.

I had the bestest time at this weekender.
I came on my own but so many friendly faces and people I’ve met in the past too.
I was absolutely exhausted from life and chose not to overdo it and stuck to the more relaxed classes, unlike previous years where I’ve gone crazy! I thought I’d feel out of place taking it slow but I realised there’s so much kindness and compassion between people and was reminded to only do as much as I felt.
I made the most of the spa too. By saving up my energy it meant I could then party the nights away and what a blast it was! I noticed everyone having a wonderful time even the younger ones who usually swipe on their phones all night and groups of people on their feet from beginning to end! It’s always a joy being around people having a good time and I can’t wait to go again!

Oh, yeah I forgot to add the vendors are amazing too! I can’t recommend some of their products enough!

I love every part of it but when it comes to the party night, some of us felt like we dont belong there. The songs featured mostly carribean music, pls mix the song to benefits the Afrivan, Caribbean and the English.
They played one old afro but and that was all. We asked for pop oldies, they play carribean old school. I did not enjoy that at all.
We habe music, cool.and the gang, from the 80s we also have young people who will benefit from the Genz types of music but none.
Apart from this its a back to back fitness class and the hosts are very nice.

Fit and funky team are always well organised. The atmosphere in this group is brilliant. Good weekend packages, good selection of fitness classes excellent instructors and good family vibes. Well done to all the Fit and funky team. I was knackered but I had a great time ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I shall look forward to join with you again soon 👍🏻❤️

Well done Fit and Funky on topping yet another fabulous event namely the Hampshire Weekender. You guys really know how to entertain from a holistic viewpoint - healthy exercise, music and entertainment, community building, holidaying wrapped up in fun and laughter. Thank you Naomi, Floyd and crew for making it happen.

Rashida is really calm and patient. As a newbie who’d never done reformer Pilates before, I felt very welcome and she really encouraged me.

Welcoming instructor and relaxing experience

I went for my first pilates class, and the instructor was sweet and welcoming. Beginner friendly as I felt comfortable going at my own pace. Would highly recommend.

The Teacher who does the reform Pilates on a Saturday is excellent. You feel refreshed and ready to take on the world after her classes.

I first joined fit and funky events in August 2025 and I haven’t stopped! I have been to their holiday in Bali, weekenders, charity events and more recently I have started reformer Pilates. I initially opted for the 10 week pack for reformer Pilates but I will be looking to expand that to the unlimited pack as it is such good value for money since these classes are quickly becoming my new obsession!

I wouldn’t consider myself a newbie to fitness but since joining these events and classes I have learned so much from all of the different instructors. There is a consistency in the way classes are taught e.g. encouraging, informative, friendly, supportive, with knowledgeable and experienced instructors etc but a uniqueness in application and technique which makes each class different but effective.

I really love how everyone is friendly especially when attending sessions on your own. I have never felt uncomfortable, awkward or judged in any way which is a such a positive thing to experience. It is truly a great community of people with likeminded goals who treat each other as a family. I am really grateful that I am fortunate enough to be part of this amazing group. Denise W

I really enjoyed my Pilates Reformer session with Fit & Funky. I had done this form of exercising before and had enjoyed it, however, with F&F I found the music to be energising and motivating. The instructor paid very close attention to each participant, ensuring safety and effective exercising by working to our own strength and abilities whilst motivating and encouraging us. The environment was well set, clean, fresh and comfortable. I enjoyed my session so much that I signed up for a 10 weeks package straight away. I am looking forward to seeing the change that this alternative form of exercising will bring .

I attended the reformer Pilates and charity events which were brilliant. Well-organised, very professional, great equipment and above all top-drawer coaches: knowledgeable, charismatic, clear communicators - tough training; but fun.

Fabulous trainers who are experienced and knowledgeable and give you a workout which is personalised in a friendly atmosphere.

Such a fantastic Reformer Pilates Classes! Powerful work, great control, and amazing pilates room. The teachers are so inspiring and attentive , thank you Naomi and Floyd—Bravo!

Small reformer studio with friendly staff. Highly recommended to everyone including beginners.

The room was clean and well set out. The session started on time. The instructor was informative and supportive which I found really helpful since this was my first time. The equipment was clean and spray and cleaning cloth available to wipe down equipment at end of session.

My first reformer class was a fantastic experience.
The studio equipment is top notch.
The pace was perfect.
If you are looking for a serious burn, then this is the class for you!!
