The main thing for me is that this is a legitimate operation. I ordered my goods on 21st September 2026 and received them on 6th October 2026.
They have strange operations in that you make your order online. The next day they ring you to confirm. They give you a delivery estimate and refer you to a third party to make payment.
I had my doubts but it all worked out fine.
The only negative I have is their inability to tell you the truth over delivery times. They told me 3 to 5 days. It actually took 15days.
I will figure that calculation into my next order.
If they could be honest about delivery times then I would have nothing negative to say.
The products I received were top quality, exactly as advertised and included an equally top of the range free product included in the offer.
Use this firm with confidence but add a few days onto their delivery estimate.

I've made an order based on the product availability information on their site. Later on, I got a phone telling me that both products were out of stock. I assumed this was a one-off, but I checked again about a week later, and both products still show as 'available' despite a known shortage.

I was also alarmed to read that the same happened to another reviewer before me over a year ago. That pattern paints FIT1 as a genuinely disorganized business at best.

While the agent I spoke with was polite and friendly, their phone line does not currently accept incoming calls, which raises another red flag. I have moved on to companies that better appreciate my business.

The products are out of stock and the costumer service is out of order
