I was sent items that I didn’t order…
I was sent items that I didn’t order and then got charged. When I complained.. They asked me to return the items for refund but they didn’t send me a return label. When I went to return the items the return mailing cost is more than the price I was charged. This is very frustrating. I will never order from Fit Tech again, and I will suggest the public don’t as well. This is a fraud and a scam so they can take your money.

Very good aid, as I have lost the tip of my ring finger I have little grip strength in that hand these clearky make a difference and have helped lift more also

I've shopped at loads of different stores for gym equipment and the service has always been shoddy. I've now shopped at Fit Tech several times and the service has been incredible. Not to mention the shipping time. Would highly recommend.

I was promised a discount in my first purchase. When I was about to pay, the discount voucher didn´t appear.
I wrote an email to the company and they solved the problem. So it has been a good experience.

We're sorry to hear you feel this way, I've just checked over your order and the discount you used totals to a 15% discount which is more than the email offered (10%) after your purchase. You actually used the better discount, the second discount would have got you less off your order total.
