The first time I used this company, it was great. However, I recently used them again for the second time and it has been a NIGHTMARE. They claim they have no record of my package... USPS tracking says specifically that the package was received "by an individual" at the CORRECT address on July 11. Who received it? Because no one entered it into the system. All they will tell me is "Check with the store. Sorry for the inconvenience." Um.... how about you FIND MY PACKAGE. I told them the time and date it was received at their address. Sorry, but they need to investigate who was working at that time. What a fraudulent company! Never again. Now these items are just lost to me forever and I was so excited about them. The independent shop I ordered from is all sold out, too. So I have literally no chance to ever get what I ordered again. I know things are just things, but this company took NO responsibility for THEIR error or employee theft. Nothing beyond "sorry". Absolutely unacceptable.

Definitely would recommend them. Customer service was fast and responsive. The delivery only took about 1 week and it arrived in perfect condition.

Not sure what has happened to this company...they USED TO be very good but now they are taking several days to enter received packages into their system and are starting to have a THEFT PROBLEM with packages never being entered into the system. What good is it to pay extra for expedited shipping to FishisFast if the packages never get entered into their system and placed in your locker when they receive them? FishisSLOW and unreliable should be their new name!

I purchased some car spare parts and some other personal stuff from the USA and I used my address in "Fishisfast" to collect and then send them to my country.
They were good to me when I was sending the items to them, but when I requested them to send my package to my country they showed their ugly face.

They blocked all payment methods (Credit card & PayPal) so I cannot pay them the shipping fee, and therefore they won't send my stuff to me.
They requested some documents (which are none of their business) as a condition to release my package.
Even after providing them with what they asked for, they didn't release my package until the moment.

A cheap way to steal someone's money. Be aware of them.
I will never use their service again and I will tell everyone that I know about my very bad experience with them.

This is my favorite remailer. I can always rely on speed and quality. Extremely prompt and attentive support. Highly recommended!

Expensive shipping rates and very bad customer service.

First time using this service after having issues with missing packages at my home, the beginning experience was good but it deteriorated as days went by, from my package being received and checked in late, having to contact customer service to not only make the option to pay available and to ship, then to ultimately get declined shipping service because my reason for using their service wasn’t enough, didn’t know porch pirates weren’t enough. Especially for package that comes with print visible

I don’t recommend this service to anyone, it was a hassle that I endured for days on end to just get denied because god forbid porch pirates are not a valid enough reason to have packages routed elsewhere. Lol

Very very very bad experience very bad and rude customer service! Save your time and money and deal with MyUS or Aramex Ship and Shop.

Update: my package is now on it's journey since two months and still stuck in Australia since over 3 weeks (I live in Europe). I have contacted their customer service several times about the issue but I just get rude replies. Also asked if I can have a phone call with the manager and that is when they completely stopped replying. So I wrote a 1-star review on their website and contacted paypal asking for a refund. Fishisfast has now blocked and suspended my account.

WARNING...
This site is good if there is something you ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE and are willing to pay some crazy postage fee's and their fee's on top.
Packing is quick and done well, though they'll often use really thick boxes they've cut up but they leave excess chunks on, adding to your weight and hence postage costs. They have basic options when packing, but try ask them to do something simple like 'It's a box of plush toys, please remove them from their display boxes/packaging and just send the plush toys.' and it becomes wayyy too hard. They'll pack it, still boxed and then ask for more money to actually do what you've asked and refuse to acknowledge that you put a request in, even when you have an email trail to prove it.
I would ONLY use this service if there's a product you MUST have.
Note the postage options (at least to Australia) are ALL express type options, and as much as I appreciate having my items quickly the cheapest cost is expensive. Currently having 6 medium plush toys (approx 30cm each) sent to Australia and the cheapest option is costing me $181USD.
The tab to check postage costs is completely unreliable, don't use it. Just assume it's going to cost you an arm and a leg and if you're okay with that, then by all means this website is fine to you.
