Used a ton of times now, always easy and fast. Great service and would recommend highly to anyone who needs US receiving address. Being able to store for a while and consolidate packages is very cost effective and has saved me lots over the years.

If a lawsuit is filed with PayPal, they will close your account forever, and if they have a shipment they will take it to them. Is this a company that works professionally? I do not always write a note, but many people should know about the company.

After using this service for 6 months, and previously shipping ant killer, they suddenly decided that ant killer was prohibited (a small amount of sealed powder and gel).
There has been no warning of this. In fact, there's no obvious list of prohibited items on their website.
The products in question are not flammable, corrosive or dangerous to humans. In addition, they are not prohibited by the airline or country of origin.
I work in Iraq and I am stuck inside a compound. I cannot go out to the shops and buy things.
But I guess they're saving me from myself with their woke arbitrary rules.

I had a terrible experience with them; their service was extremely slow. It took them two days from the time they received the package to add it to the platform with an external photo. I requested photos of the contents, but after waiting for a month without any response, I finally decided to send the package without seeing it. Subsequently, they informed me that the package was empty. Unfortunately, by that time, I couldn't request a refund from the store due to the passed deadline. I have requested an investigation from them because I am certain that they stole the contents of my package, but I haven't received any reply.

Great service every time, the turnaround times they mention are always met and delivery is often faster than expected.

لدي شحنة وصلت الى العنوان بشكل صحيح تماااما وبالوثائق لا اعرف ماللذي حصل ،، إنكااار مستمر من قبل الموظفين بأن الشحنة لم تصل اليهم مع العلم بإنتهاء تحقيقات دي اتش ال اخبروا المرسل بإنها شحنت الى المكان الصحيح وهذا مكتوب في سجلاتهم !!!! والموقع احتقار وسؤ معاملة وعدم تعااون من قبل ادارتهم مع اني عميل ساابق من سنواات !!! لايوجد ادنى تقدير نهائيااا ابداا لايوجد ثقة الان

Received many items from different US stores into my FF mailbox I requested products consolidation and within few hours everything was ready shrink wrapped in a double walled box and within 3 days it was in my home in Kuwait! Seriously Fish is Fast is exceptional!

Way too expensive with no justification, competitors are half the price and ship on fast carrier, I tried fishisfast for the first time it was $80 for 3.5lbs item!!! I'm sorry what? Competitors offer DHL for $38 for 8lbs!!! I used FastBuys which was great and the package logging was quick but that's not worth 2x the price of other competitors in any way certainly not when the shipping is not expedited and the package is not insuranced and there's no real justification behind that price

Having used 5 other companies I can safely say fishisfast is without doubt the best. Items arrive and get photographed and uploaded straight away, quick and quality packing with loads of shipping options my parcels always arrive within a couple of days well protected and without issues

Atendimento péssimo. Atendente se recusa a aceitar o invoice emitido pela própria loja dos EUA, comprovando se tratar de um item de reposição (produto veio danificado da primeira vez). Uma redirecionadora te obriga a pagar imposto duas vezes sobre o mesmo produto. NÃO UTILIZEM A FISHIFAST

I use the services of Fishisfast for five years. The company started to be equal. The company appears now. The first negative thing for the company is since the end of 2023. The company started to raise shipping prices abnormally.

Second, I started to lose my shipments, where I lost a shipment, although the shipping company confirms its delivery to the company's address.

Third, one of the company's employees forced to put the price of the expensive product in a mandatory way despite my will, as this will make me pay additional customs duties when I receive the package in my country and I will also pay the value added.

Fishisfast has become the worst company I deal with, although I have used its services for five years. I do not recommend using the company anymore.

CJ300365313US - This package was posted on 28/12/2023 bound to Maldives. But USPS keeps on delivering the package back to FishIsFast warehouse in Delware. Despite several emails informing that parcel is being delivered back to FIF in Delware & it sill in US, FIF cannot seem to change the situation or re-pack. Even today 18/01/2024, USPS is attempting to again deliver it back to Delware. It's as if this package is stuck in an infinite loop, not sure what else to do. Please help!

Great website, great customer service and packaging, but way too expensive like 35%-50% more expensive compared to others that do similar service.
