Very poor customer service
I wrote to your company to let you know that my mobile phone number had changed. I was unable to access the online service as I had forgotten the correct password therefore I couldn’t receive the code you would send. I couldn’t get through security and had to phone back 4 times, as you kept telling me to phone back as I hadn’t past security, before I was allowed to let you know the change of phone number and to check that you had my new address details which in fact you did. It was an incredibly stressful contact with your company. I am aware that security is important to look after my money, but this process was beyond making any sense. If I had been able to go through the original security questions which would not be known by other people I may have been able to confirm easily that I am the customer and not a con person. Not sure of the date but think it was 5th January
