Nous avons rendu la voiture à Sofia , après 12 jours et l'agent présent, le même qui nous avait donné la voiture, a examiné la voiture et nous a dit que tout est OK et que la caution sera annulée. Le lendemain, on m'envoie un mail pour dire qu'après lavage, ils ont vu des rayures et donc qu'ils encaissent les 500 € de caution. Nous avons beau protester que s'il y a quelque chose, ce n'est pas fait par nous, que la voiture a plus de 133700km et que ni nous, ni l'agent n'avons rien vu. Attention, arnaque !

Noleggiatore bulgaro. L'auto noleggiata era ok, il prezzo molto contenuto.
Peccato che - nonostante avessi riconsegnato l'auto nei tempi concordati, con il pieno e senza il minimo danno - non mi abbiano restituito la cauzione, anche dopo svariati solleciti, anche a mezzo di raccomandata postale internazionale.
Li ho fregati con disconoscimento pagamento effettuato con carta di credito, per mancato rispetto delle condizioni contrattuali. Ovviamente non hanno fatto opposizione.
Devo ringraziare la mia banca (Intesa Sanpaolo) per la rapida istruttoria.

I’m very satisfied with the service! I rented a car from Sofia Airport and the whole process was smooth and convenient – I was met on time and assisted with everything I needed. The car was in good condition and fully met my expectations.

Communication with the team was easy, and the terms were clearly explained. Although a deposit is required (as is standard with most rental companies), the procedure was transparent from the start. Overall, I had a positive experience and would gladly use their services again on my next trip.

I would recommend them to anyone looking for a convenient and affordable car rental option in Sofia!

Definitely a scamming company. We hired a rent a car from Sofia airport for a week, a meet and greet man came to airport to meet us, took photos of our passports and driving licence, then asked for EUR500/BGN1000 as deposit. We paid by credit card. a year later we are still trying to prove the card payment was taken by Lemark Traks EOOD, shown on our credit card statement is connected with First Rent a car. I called and emailed asking for refund within 28 business days of returning the car, heard nothing! I will find a way to bring this scamming company down. Lemark or FIRST rent a car!
Also hire car was advertised via Ryanair, then directly to bookings.com, neither wanted to hear anything from my complaint. So I am an individual trying to fight multiple companies. I think everyone being tricked into this should join forces to expose all of them. corporates should not just be making money out of customers, they should only support ethical 3rd parties.

Cargan el total de la fianza (no retienen sino que lo cargan) y luego no lo devuelven y no dicen cual es el motivo.

No contestan a correos, burofax...

Worst car rental ever, period!!!
These crooks will charge you 1000 Lew (> 500 €) and will refuse to give your money back.

Do not use this fraudulent company. They will give you a car 20 years old, take your deposit and never return it and will never pick up the phone or answer an email. STAY AWAY!!!

Purtroppo non ho letto prima le recensioni degli altri utenti e ahimè, anche a me è stata prelevata la cauzione e non ancora restituita, non rispondono al telefono né alle mail.

Probabile truffa. Ho dato la cauzione il 15 luglio, mi è stata prelevata (non bloccata) la somma il 17 luglio e, passato largamente il termine di restituzione, non ho ancora ricevuto niente

Do not use, we booked through booking’s website. The car was supposed to be picked up in a completely different location in the city. When we arrived at the address, we didn’t find anyone. After a call they told us that their office there was closed and we had to go to the airport to pick up the already booked and fully paid rental car. When we arrived, we were provided a completely different car than the one booked. I provided a deposit of 1000BGN (EUR 511) which was supposed to be only blocked, instead it was taken from my bank account, when leaving the car I asked why it is not blocked/returned, they promised it would happen within a few days after making sure everything is okay. Currently, more than one month later, no deposit has been returned, I called them 10+ times and they are purposely not responding also to the emails informing them I will report them to the police. I have contacted the credit card company for help with chargeback.

Une honte pour la Bulgarie et Ryanair
28 jours après j'attends le remboursement de la caution. Société First Rent a Car Bulgaria proposée par Ryanair. Fuyez !

idem que tous les autres consommateurs, je me suis fait totalement arnaqué cet été par ces voleurs. ils ont encaissés 511,29 euros de caution dès le premier, ils nous ont confirmé un remboursement au bout de 15 jours, puis après de 28 jours , puis booking.com de 28 jours ouvrés...sans aucun résultat. j'ai reservé via booking.com et je les considère complices de cette arnaque; sans eux ces voleurs ne pourraient pas opérer en tout impunités car il est quasiment impoossible d'espérer un remboursement, ma banque dit qu'elle ne peut rien faire puisque j'ai autorisé le paiement!
je suis totalement écoeuré.

Oplichters, sowieso vreemd dat na zoveelste oplichting zo een bedrijf nog niet aangepakt is door hogerhand, we hebben via booking.com geboekt, booking.com werkt er gewoon aan mee, ze laten de klant barsten, ze denken niet verder, maar elke gelegenheid pak ik aan om de waarheid te vertellen, op verjaardagen tegen me buren op feestjes en bij collega’s wellicht op facebook of tv, uiteindelijk zullen ze het een keertje gaan merken dat hun naam beschadigd word, ik doe nooit meer iets met booking.com en ook nooit meer een huurauto huren, mijn vertrouwen in al die bedrijven is echt weg

Same experience as the rest. 1000lev deposit never returned. Ignoring calls and emails. Pursuing a refund through my cc company. DO NOT USE THESE THIEVES!!

Debería haber leído las reseñas antes. Efectivamente, es una estafa y jamás te devuelven el depósito de seguridad. No responden ni a llamadas ni a mensajes. Contratamos a través de Booking creyendo que eso ofrece ciertas garantías, pero no. Dinero robado

Non so se sono l’eccezione che conferma la regola, ma con la società FIRST RENT A CAR di Sofia mi sono trovato benissimo.
Fiat 500 Abarth 595 145CV prenotata mediante Booking.com a soli €23 giornalieri. L’auto era pulita, con il serbatoio pieno, quasi perfetta a parte un piccolo graffio. Ho subito richiesto l’assicurazione supplementare (€62 totali) per evitare di dover pagare la franchigia in caso di danneggiamento del veicolo ed il responsabile (Daniel) mi ha comunicato che in questo modo non mi avrebbero bloccato nessuna altra cifra sulla carta dí credito.
Risultato: con €131 ho avuto a disposizione uno splendido giocattolino per tre giorni senza pensieri per la testa.
Alla riconsegna non hanno neanche guardato il livello del carburante oppure se la carrozzeria fosse a posto.
Vista la mia esperienza non posso far altro che consigliarla
