Best Customer Service EVER!
Love the wines, never a bad bottle, love the choices, BUT, the beat part - AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! My wines are shipped to Walgreens. I was out of town when delivery was made - the wine was picked up to return to sender. I called Firstleaf for Help. Candice was so helpful. Not only did she work with UPS to have the wine brought back to Walgreens, she then reviewed my schedule for future wine delivery to make sure there was no conflict!

Shopping in a wine store without having to go there and be confused as to what to purchase. Firstleaf keeps my ratings and makes suggestions based on my tastes and how I buy. My Concierge knows my tastes better than I! Selections are great and I love the continued opportunity to try new and different.

Experiencing wine from all over the world. Wine that has been selected for my personalized tastes from my wine print. If I am sent a bottle that is mediocre to my tastes I know that through my rating of the wine it won’t be sent to me again. The concierge service was a great addition to your service. Every time they nailed the wine choices for me. The wines are fantastic too. Unfortunately the cost keeps going up and I can't afford to buy the wine as regularly as I would like.

It's all about the concierges
I wish I started working with a wine concierge from the beginning. They're very help and I've enjoyed mostly everything they recommend. They're also really wonderful about adapting selections based on feedback.

Great Experiences; Great Concierge support
I've had great experiences with First Leaf folks from the beginning (whenever that was). Tori has been my concierge and has been extremely helpful. I see I have a new person and I look forward to chatting with her.
All wines have been good, some more to my taste than others, but I enjoy trying them.

Iam 92 years young and things change when you get old. M Dr has linit me on how much wine I can have over a proid of tine. I enjoy wine we had our own vinyerd when I was growing up. My MOTHER would fix a glass of wine when I was 6-7. She would put a little wine and sone soda in a glass,and that was good (Have a Gernen background so you under stand way we drank wine with our neals.
I enjoy your wine--if I didn't I would have told you. I don't have to tell you that your wine was not to my satisfaction, I would not order if it was below my leavel.

One of the best customer service experiences I have had with any company. Great conversations with the concierge, really helpful with making selections, very flexible choices, and she even volunteered to refund wines I didn't like.

Wine Lover's Paradise
The selection of wines have always been top tier and delicious. I love the variety in the shipments and the fact that customers can swap out selections. The sparkling wines are some of my favorite selections but I also have many favorites in red and white wines.
