I provided Rachael my travel information and was told that my flight tomorrow was canceled. I was frightful, but with Rachael's patience and guidance we located the correct reference number. She dutifully checked me in and applied my TSA KTN # to my going and returning flights.

Dishonesty, rudeness and terrible customer service i was emailed a flight booking confirmation for my flight my mom a us citizen booked for me, only to be told they cannot honor the price $937 it was booked at and since I wasnt sent a ticket yet because I booked 30mins earlier they have to give me the new price of $999 i said no I want the price that was sent to my email in the confirmation. The agent then goes on to explain that I might have booked at the same time as someone else and there only 1 seat left I said I was the one who got a confirmation i want the ticket. they began to get rude the phone and told me to go book with another company that can accommodate me.
this a summary as i was on the phone for atleast 25mins.
In my opinion someone else booked after me for a higher price so they did everything cancel my booking. Very unprofessional MY WORST EXPERIENCE BOOKING

Sarah was kind, helpful and very polite in assisting me with a family medical emergency!

I’m was very confused and anxious and losing it due to my situation.Very complicated home life.Brandon was kind patient understanding . He took time and patience to go over everything several times. I kept apologizing and he was reassuring that everything was okay and he didn’t mind helping me out with my questions,repeating the itinerary several times .He made sure I understood and had everything correct.If it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t have been able to stay strong enough to continue with my choice to leave a difficult situation and step into a better place where I could finally take care of myself instead of everyone else. I a so thankful that I had Brandon to help me through my travel arrangements or I don’t think I would have been able to follow through.This man is a great asset to your company and your lucky to such a compassionate person to help your clients during unfortunate circumstances.I bet he’s amazing and able to do great things for your company and your business in the future.He deserves your respect and appreciation and maybe a promotion he would make great management material.I know I’ve been dealing with the public sector for 28 years and he is someone I would definitely recommend you hold onto and prepare for greater opportunities with your business. Rachael (10092) took my call this afternoon regarding questions I had about flying my great Aunt on your Airline. The Aunt is physical impaired because of age and weight. She’s 92 years old and has much difficulty walking.

Rachael was so courteous and professional. I feel I am compelled to compliment her to her Supervisor and all of United Airlines. I can’t say enough about how kind she to me and how knowledgeable she was about my questions. I was uncomfortable and slightly embarrassed about asking about the benefits your airline might have for elderly people. My Aunt is on a limited income and would not be able to make the coming family event but for United’s generous program and Rachel’s assistants to me.

And I think in this day and age it’s important to recognize kind and professional service. There is too much of the opposite.
