1st Choice Chimney (Ben) was great. He called ahead, as promised, showed up on time,and fixed our gas fireplace. In addition to that, I didn't realize that there would be so much attention to detail in keeping everything clean. When he was finished he spray painted the back of the fireplace to make it look new and cleaned the glass doors that enclosed it. I was impressed and would recommend them to anyone.

Technician came exactly at the scheduled time. He was thorough and meticulous in his work. When he was done, the area around the fireplace was spotless. Very impressive. I strongly recommend this company.

1st Choice was great to work with -- from start to finish. We called several other companies to fix our chimney box and install gas logs but they were the most helpful, explaining everything and I felt like I got a great value.

The gentlemen called to alert us to a short delay from the initial appointment. When they arrived, they worked efficiently and made sure to cover the floor in the work area. When it became apparent we needed new gas logs they did not pressure us to purchase their product but gave ideas of what would work for wherever we purchased them. They gave good clear explanations of what they were doing and how new logs/inserts would work. We are very pleased with the work and will highly recommend the company.

The service was awesome. I got to see the video of the inside of my chimney. No one else has done that before. Bryan was very professional. I will be asking for him on my next cleaning.

The technician missed most of the repairs needed. They were paid in full at the time. When the work was inspected, and they were asked to come back, the owner of the company was rude and insulting, and threatened to sue. Not sure why as the entire bill was paid for. The payment is not as much a problem as the fact that the people they send out really don't know what they are doing. I had another company bid out some outstanding items for half the price and better attitude.

The Chimney Sweep was very knowledgeable, neat and polite. Will use them again soon for new gas logs!
