Good morning. Thank you very much for leaving a review. I’ve looked into your order and can confirm that Door Number 1 was selected from the dropdown menu at the time of purchase. As we don’t manually alter orders after they’ve been placed, we were unable to change the option selected during checkout. Our customer service team has confirmed receipt of your email and will be in touch to advise on resending your order. Thank you again.

Thank you for your review Andrea. It's great to hear about your positive experience with our company.
Postage was exhorbitant.
I ordered two packs of eye wash, costing 7.95 each. The postage to Northern Ireland was £15.00. Postage costs need to be addressed, and better options should be available. Also, try smaller packaging to reduce costs. The box I received the items in was too big, and no doubt added to the postage costs.
