The course was well structured, delivered at a pace which suited my learning. The tutor gave ample opportunity to ask questions and practice various elements of the course. Highly recommended.

The items arrived in time
The items arrived in time, but they eye wash case was broken. The burns bracket was broken and one of the bandages was open. I have contacted the supplier and a replacement is being sent out. I gave it a bad review initially as it wasn't fit for purpose. Hopefully the new ones are ok

We’re very sorry to hear that some of your items arrived damaged, that’s never the experience we want for our customers.
We also apologise that we couldn’t respond to your email right away, your message reached us after our business had closed, but we began looking into this as soon as we reopened today.
We’ve already arranged for free-of-charge replacement kits and brackets to be sent out to you with immediate delivery, and we hope this resolves the issue quickly. If there’s anything more we can do or if you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us directly.
Thank you for giving us the opportunity to put this right.

Excellent Customer Service
Ciara in your customer service team was outstanding and took a difficult situation where you were out of stock with items from an on-line order, where I was not notified to offering me an alternative, arranging for my refund to be processed in your accounts and having my replacement items shipped overnight so that installation could go ahead as planned. She is a wonderful asset to your company.

Thank you for your feedback and for sharing your experience. We’ve looked into your order and can confirm it was placed and dispatched on a Friday with delivery on Saturday. We are looking into why, on this occasion, no courier delivery alerts were sent to you advising of delivery times.
The email you may be referring to that arrived three days after delivery was the automated Trustpilot review request email. We schedule these to arrive a few days after arrival, so you have time to either use the product or review our service.
We’re very sorry for the confusion this caused and will review how we can improve communication in these situations.
