The course was well structured, delivered at a pace which suited my learning. The tutor gave ample opportunity to ask questions and practice various elements of the course. Highly recommended.
Instead of ordering on Amazon, I took it upon myself to support a small business for the purchase of first aid kits and signage. Not only did firstaid.co.uk have a far superior range of products than... Se mere

Received thermometer but rang and…
Received thermometer but rang and questioned how to change to centigrade. Was told someone would call me back, no one did. Also cost of postage £5.95 outrageous for such a small product , made in China costing £4.10. I had thought, wrongly , that it was made in UK so had been happy to pay. The site is not up front of where products are manufactured.

Thank you for your feedback, Derek.
We apologise that your enquiry wasn’t followed up as promised, and we understand your concerns regarding postage costs and product transparency.
We are still awaiting an update from our purchasing department regarding changing to centigrade, but in the meantime, I can confirm a full refund has been arranged.
Great service fast delivery thankyou

Some items had a short date
Some items had a short date - just over a year while the rest had 4 years. As the items were more than a year they would not replace. For our small charity every penny counts.

Hi Marion, thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the expiry dates of some items in your order.
While all of our products are supplied with a minimum of one year’s shelf life, we appreciate that the difference in dates across items may have been disappointing.
Following your call, we checked our current warehouse stock and confirmed that the expiry dates match those of the items you received, which is why we were unable to send a replacement on this occasion.
We hope this clarifies the situation, but if you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Ideal and affordable for clubs to provide First Aid training in-house to a large group
Good value particularly as also able to use our own club venue. Allowed us to provide first aid training for 11 club members (inc coach's and ride leaders) at reasonable cost.
