I placed my order on Thursday night. I emailed customer service to ask if they could speed up my order, as the half term was staring on Monday. To my surprise, the mat was posted on Monday and delivered on Tuesday morning. Couldn’t thank them enough for doing that . My son is very happy with the mat and it is keeping him busy. He started practising straight away.
I don’t understand the amount of negativity. I almost didn’t order based on other feedbacks. But I am glad I took a chance. Produis of good quality, customer service is reactive.

I have never received the order. I asked the producer in advance if my order would be delivered the latest on the 9th of January and they assured me it would be shipped on the 5th of January. Apparently, it's very complicated to deliver things within the same country (it takes me less to deliver electric equipment from Austria to Dominican Republic). I am not in the UK anymore so now I need to spend God knows how much to get my order... For sure it doesn't make me happy...

I've been trying for months (before Christmas ) to order in the United States. I have sent multiple emails, direct messages via Facebook and Instagram as well. No replies. The FAQ makes it seem like they ship internationally but the website will not allow it. And nobody gets back to you. Overall terrible experience.

Order Pro Mat Skills for grandson for Christmas. Bit concerned that Evri was the nominated courier - having spoken with Dan he organised another courier for me as Evri have the most dreadful reputation in my village for non-deliveries/mis-deliveries to goodness knows where! Product showing out of stock initially but as per their website more stock arrived - and i happily received a parcel before Christmas. Grandson thrilled and practising every day. Thank you Dan.

After a delay at the start, once the issue was communicated, Dan actioned a plan and my parcel arrived internationally before Christmas as promised. The product appears to be of great quality, and I'm sure my soccer-mad children will be excited to open it on Christmas day!

Understandably, things dont always go to plan around the chaotic times at Christmas, but I'll happily support a company that owns an issue, and quickly responds to and resolves any problems - especially when it involves more complicated international orders along with time differences - my emails were responded to at times that I'm sure were outside normal business hours, in order to communicate quickly with me at a reasonable hour here in Australia.

I would absolutely recommend to purchase from this company. I received exactly what I ordered, the packaging was perfect and protective, I feel that it is great value for money (other brands I looked at I couldn’t justify or afford the price, and you can’t get anything like this in Australia) and I appreciated the customer service.

Easy to order. When out of stock dates were given for when it would be back in and it was on the dates stated. Received in a quicker time than expected.
Looking forward to giving it as a birthday present to my football crazy son.

This is a review without me using the product (christmas present - will updated new year 2024)
I was recommended this Mat by a friend, who couldn't speak anymore highly about the product and the service.
Making rhe order was smooth and easy. The delivery was a little longer then usual (but with black friday and christmas there orders are heavier then usual) so if you need this by a certain date dueing busy periods order with plenty of time. My friend ordered hers middle of the year and received it very quickly.
It came packaged very well by courier, the quality of the mat seems great and im sure my football mad son will love it on xmas day.

Made an order on Monday and have never received a confirmation email but the money has been taken from my bank account. Have tried to contact company via email and socials with no reply. Read that they had a problem with emails for a few days but this was meant to be sorted. Have sent another email this morning and still no reply. The one thing my son has asked for Christmas and now looks like he won't be getting it!

After contacting the company they responded immediately.

They explained they had been taken by surprise at how popular this item was and were doing their best to meet orders and apologised for the delay.

I found them to extremely helpful with my order and I felt totally reassured after receiving an email apprising me of situation.

The training mat ordered was posted today and will be here tomorrow in response to my email. Super customer service.

Could be a scam who knows.

I ordered 2 mats on 5 nov, one was for my boys birthday which is tomorrow so a £40 present isn’t going to be here for his birthday even though it’s been 20 days.

Absolutely disgusting will be reporting to my bank. I’ve made several attempts to contact this “company” no phone number so bit suss. Get sick of trying to support these businesses but they grab your money and stick a finger up at you.

I’ll go to a bigger company next time.

I initially wrote a bad review as my order was late and had no information in it but they since replied to me and my order arrived 2 days later so thank you very much!Also very happy on receiving it,great product at a great price 👍

Excellent. Great service and communication. The mat has been excellent and my daughter has come on massively since she's been using it.

Skills mat is exactly as expected. It is a Christmas gift for my daughter but I know she will love it. Definitely value for money and customer service are very responsive. Was dispatched fairly quickly and arrived rolled up in a stiff cardboard tube. Would definitely recommend compared to other much more expensive mats out there.
